Paul, did you have a hard time getting guests on the show because it isn't widespread terrestrial radio? Or is Art's name enough to get whoever you wanted?
Did any of your guests NOT know who Art was?

I'm glad you asked this question.

I've heard a podcaster or two say that we had trouble finding guests...
Let me tell ya,...
That is far from the reality,

I was FLOODED with requests for people to be on the program.
Being Art's producer is a total dream gig for someone who is
looking for and booking guests because I never actually had to look.

I did have to sift through a monstrous pile of publicists and promoters (and self
promoters) to find the good ones.

So basically,  finding the gold nuggets in all that noise was the real hard part
of the gig. That and managing several hundred to several thousand emails a day.

I'm more curious about the fake Indian guy from the first night of DM.  That guy was so bad it was funny.

That was so random and hilarious.  Gonna have to dig up that one again

See

God you guys give him a break. Jesus Christ.

Let's bow our heads.

"Our father, who is Art in Nevada

Hollow be thy fame.  Nye kingdom come

On Earth as it is in Pahrump.

Give us this day our daily thread

And forgive us our trolling,
as we forgive those who troll against us.
And lead us not into frustration,
but deliver us from Noory. Amen."

JC?  You don't know who JC is?  He's best buddies with Jesus Christ.  In fact, he's Christ's "Ten Star, Ten Star, Ten Star General In The War Against Media Pornography."

Lady who runs the People Who Love Art Bell page on Facebook says shes had enough and is shutting down the page. That lady is pretty fucking patient and has been insistent in her love of Art and when she says she sick of the bullshit it pretty much says it all.

I know Sean David Morton turned them down. Later he said on his own show that "Strange Universe" was bigger than Art Bell's, so why bother?

Actually,
He was going to be on the program on his birthday and was scheduled but several factors resulted in
that appearance being changed. We had him slated to be rescheduled for a later date.

Yeah I just saw that. Kinda sad really

He did not respond well to the rescheduling . . .

I've always assumed JC is somehow related to Art Bell's crew but this has been denied over and over and over so I don't know.

Art,
Don't let the trolls and haters get to you. Anonymous hate is what the internet and forums are about for many trolls sitting alone in their basements, reading wikipedia & thinking they are expert on a subject, and then spewing hate online. Pulling others down makes them feel superior. Not one person here could ever do what you do. By the way, noncompetes are not written in stone. Courts don't like them and you can avoid yours. Can't wait to see what you can do with a web site stream. Internet is the answer for communication and broadcast.

I sat next to Richard during a screening of Halloween last week, he took a full beer into the restroom, and was drinking it while using the urinal.  That's a man who loves beer.

The man wears a diaper at concerts so he can continue to drink without leaving his place. That is scary dedication.

Kitchen got too hot for her, that's all.

Ouch. "It wasn't the web player, it was Art Bell killed the base."

I think you need to start a thread about the self promoters. We need the laugh whilst we wait.

That's not unprofessional is it? ;)

Art, it takes 2 minutes to set up a profile.  Hell, FB probably still has your info, even if you "deleted" your profile.  Just sign in and blamo! it's all still there.  (The wonders of the NSA Age.)

It would be a nice thing if you went over there and maybe even just copy/pasted what you have written here...there.  Looking at it, there are thousands of fans over there.  The lady who runs it has asked repeatedly for some kind of response from you.

Yeah, I corrected myself. If I remember right Noory banned him, though.

I'll have to re-listen exactly to what Morton said.

Would you guys have considered Zeph Daniel's again?

Just curious, how much input did Art put into it?  Were there some gems he specifically requested?

That's a great idea, Bigfoot. Let's face it, Facebook is bigger than BellGab (not better, but bigger).

All this drama and it's not even been a week!]

Anyone who's savvy knows fb sucks.  I say this in the spirit of friendly debate.  Nothing personal; actually I've been trying to find Bigfoot since forever.  Where you been hiding? lol
But fb sucks.   :D

Yes he does. He even "drank" it with his a-hole.
Those 2 make me extremely nervous when they call people. When their calls come on, I turn the channel until they are done.

Dude is into plugging?  Neat

This is so funny.  Beautiful.  I should recite this the next time the Mormons want to come over and pray.  Ha haa.

From the looks of her post (btw, had no idea a "gal" ran that page), she's annoyed b/c Art has not made a statement on her page. He didn't make a statement on my page either, doesn't mean I'm closing it.
