The first address http://live.artbell.com:8303/stream did not work for me.  It just tried to download a file to my PC.  The second address http://live.artbell.com:8303/live.m3u works just fine!  I hope we go with that.

I am using Internet Explorer.

Why? Do yourself a favor and download Chrome or Firefox. IE is the most insecure and exploitable browser out there, still.

My firefox couldn't handle the stream, by the way. Chrome worked great. Go chrome!

But they are going to need a cluster of icecast servers. I know... I've deployed a system like this.
