I wonder if Sirius will say "Give us a show for free….. Why not broadcast it on your site as well."

I think Noory can look in a mirror and say "you know, I could be replaced" and that motivates him to at least show up. He may not perform to anybody's level of satisfaction, but at least he keeps the line moving.

I don't think Art has Noory's level of introspection in this area. Egads! :o

Jorch is one of a kind.  Thank God.

I think Casio is Art's producer now.

Are they rebroadcasting a stream from a laundromat in downtown Tokyo?

lonevoice

I just imagined something that cracked me up.  Paul Bowman (Producer Paul) is a pilot, who no doubt flies in and out of Las Vegas often.  Imagine this streaming test is coming from the cockpit of Paul's plane as he's flying over the city of LV.   Art doesn't have his own satellite to broadcast to, so Paul will just fly around overhead and beam a stream somehow.  No, I'm not sirius.   ;D

I would crap if he started playing a numbers station!

Art knows there are some ham frequencies that are truly off the rails.  We may listen but we never participate.  Fortunately, there are very few of them and we know to avoid them.  (Like your comment about the numbers station, though :-) ;D ;D ;D

Art bell, you are the sea.
You are all the glory of the Sun and the Moon and all the stars in the sky.
When the wind whispers through the fields, it sings of your name. It tells me of you, and I know that even in all the world's darkness there is still a shining light. And when it shines to the full, even the blackest shadow will glow with it, and sing. And we shall all enter into glory once more, free and alive as we were on that day we first learned to sing.

You are that light, art.

Welcome home.

I remember you saying you have an iphone. Download the Shoutcast app and manually enter http://live.artbell.com:8303/stream. It'll buffer for about 10 - 15 seconds and then play.

What did they say

Nighthawk

First time I got the same generic message everyone was getting. Then a few hours ago they said, "we can not give you any information at this time"

We've all loved and lost. Some of us have been so hurt by the experience that we vowed to never love again. But it is better to feel the sting, and be alive, and love, than to dwell in that pale void of a life without love.

Be stung, my friend --- be stung by the bell and wonder with me.

Pardon me there young fellah. Sorry to insult your sensibilities and stuff.
I'm sorry you don't get it or lack the ability to feel empathy.. to the point of anger.

Oh, I'm angry with Art. I just don't feel that dick jokes are very tasteful or funny. But I would  never trample upon your right to be lewd and obnoxious.

I wouldn't put much faith in what someone in India preening to be American for $3/hr has to say ab out someone they've never heard of it.
