Oh, the joys of a (relatively) unmoderated forum.  The fairly lax moderation encourages discourse, discussion and open disagreement... but I would not have it any other way.  I have only been a regular poster on two forums (this one and one that ws completely unmoderated.  I left shortly after they appointed 5 mods...)  I can only imagine what an experience it is when you have a public presence and a recognizable name...

Hi Art have you talked to some one like a Robert Bigelow? It seems like him or some one like him who you can trust would be a good person to help mediate this contract and get you free of the non compete.

There are many people who have power and influence who are your fans. There is nothing wrong with calling in a favor. If you want to be on the air, two more years off the air has to be painful to think about.

I've met Mel Karmaczin  I wouldn't trust him farther than I can throw him but he will make a deal if the right people talk to him
