I've talked to the guy before, he is batshit insane. He used to call talk shows that I worked for constantly, I mean like multiple times in one show. His method is the same one I employed to get on with Noorie- make a relevant point, stay on long enough that they can't dump you without it being obvious, then hit them with your "point" out of nowhere. I became legitimately curious about his little conspiracy theory, so one time when I recognized his voice, I asked him how exactly he knew that Stephen King killed John Lennon. He went on to tell me he discovered secret messages in popular magazines that spelled it out for him & when "they" found out he was onto them, he had to get the truth out before he was "eliminated."

I was like, oh ok, makes perfect sense.

I still like my lawnmower analogy. If Sirius didn't act to protect their asset, it apparently had no value to them, so how can they now claim otherwise. Im not a lawyer either, but sometimes common sense does apply.

This may be a very valid argument and one that a good lawyer will make. If there is case law to support this theory, Sirius is screwed.

IF its who I think it is, he drives all over San Francisco with a van which has John Lennon was killed by ... crap all over it.
It got so bad that EVERY talk station in the Bay Area banned him from calling in, maybe even the Spanish and Asian ones for all I know.
I know that he got banned from KSFO and KGO.
And I think he's even called Larry King when he was on, Bohannan, and Coast because I've hear him calling and he gets cut off right away once he goes into his schtick.
