Yes, it is not a fight I want, but it is one I WILL have. I have asked to be released from the NC and
got a no first time around, now I have asked again and taken steps with Legal help. We shall see
what develops.

That is so wonderful to hear! Glad he sought legal council...I know the law is on his side when it comes to the NC.

Now...we wait...a bit longer...but it will be worth it because finally there will be no huge corporation getting in his way, no premiere, no sxm...just Art and his microphone...the way it should be!

Hello next Dark Weekend topic

I've talked to the guy before, he is batshit insane. He used to call talk shows that I worked for constantly, I mean like multiple times in one show. His method is the same one I employed to get on with Noorie- make a relevant point, stay on long enough that they can't dump you without it being obvious, then hit them with your "point" out of nowhere. I became legitimately curious about his little conspiracy theory, so one time when I recognized his voice, I asked him how exactly he knew that Stephen King killed John Lennon. He went on to tell me he discovered secret messages in popular magazines that spelled it out for him & when "they" found out he was onto them, he had to get the truth out before he was "eliminated."

I was like, oh ok, makes perfect sense.

Yes, like someone said above his account is still listed but thanks for asking this becuase it made me go and look and I saw the posts he made at 2am and the abuse he took for them was comedy gold.

I find one hole in your theory.....this time he was streaming. Via SXM software....you said since he was radio he could not do radio..but this time was streaming..so how could he if the law held said Art to the same standard???

Streaming is not the primary medium. Also, there may be breach issues  as well. We will have to see how all of this plays out.

RW, are you the one with the entertainment attorney friend?  Did he have anything to say about how Art's short tenure with Sirius might affect an NC?  Christ, it was only 6 weeks.  Does that weigh into things?
