What's fun for him is interacting one-on-one about various topics outside himself.  Even in yesterday's show you could hear him perk up the most when they were just discussing radio antennas.

Thanks....I think :-).  I called in last night, that didn't go so well but maybe next time I'll be better prepared or listen to show from the beginning so I don't ask about something already discussed.  I read quite a bit of the material here, it's been understandably overwhelming since December to even keep up.  I'm left with I wish he'd come back, so much wasted potential for what he was building and it was ground breaking, I felt it was really on it's way to being something.  But either way there's no hard feelings about it. 

I miss having regular Radio Trainwreck episodes.  I hope you can get back into that.

I do too!  I actually want to hear what the guy has to say, if he could say it in terms that make sense.  I went and looked him up and he doesn't make sense anywhere.   From what I can tell, the guy's only beef is that Hoagland appeared on some VHS tape (UFO Diaries) way back when and Hoagland claims he didn't.  So what if Hoagland appeared on some video, and claims that he didn't?  I don't understand the point. 

Anyway, great broadcast MV.  Sorry I couldn't listen live, I would have loved to call in and ask Art more about his management issues, Keith Rowland and the state and operation of DMDN.   What little we did learn about it was definitely interesting.   A couple of things that shocked me - #1 that Keith has ANY ownership in Art's content(!!!ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!?) and #2 that he doesn't want to have any PR management.   My comments on the threads in the past have always been that Art needs a business manager.   After this latest show, it's even more clear to me that that's the case.    And lastly, #3, that Keith is 1's and 0's and doesn't give a shit about the content of Art's show.   That is absolutely insane.  There are so many people out there that could have done a far better job for Art, for less money and no ownership who probably love the content of his show. 

Oh well.  Maybe Art will read my comments.  Even if he does though, I highly doubt he'll take any of it to heart.   We're talking about a guy who loves radio and his family but hates having security around so much that he can't just accept it and have both the things he loves, giving up a small bit of personal freedom.   Sad.

You must not have looked very hard, because, a) that's barely the lead to this guy's story that he's been spewing at multiple venues for months, and, b) there's a completely rational explanation for this guy's behavior.

Someone just emailed me some more info about him so I'll look at it.  To say I didn't look very hard is not true.  I listened to this guy rant for a couple hours and I didn't get anything out of it other than hearing him rant and playing some of the calls that he made into Hoagie's show.   Honestly, I don't even give a shit at this point, but I hope MV gets his $500.

Yes.  With Art, it was "oh I really want to do it" then "I won't do five nights a week."  I don't think Art really knows what he wants.  Throw his wife into the mix and here we are.

But I'm sure if I keep telling myself HW is really good because Art says so, it'll make it so.

I listened to quite a bit of the guys appearance on End of Days and still really don't understand
what the crux of the issue is.   On that show he told one of the callers to "Smoke a bowl" and
went off about his Alienware rig.
