I have an impossible time trying to get worked up about the offended sensibilities of someone who trashed a previous live thread (10/09/2013 - Andrew Karam - Fukushima/Yucca Mtn.), apologized profusely for it the next day, reincarnated with a different user name, spent much of the time on last night's live thread posting revolting pictures and inviting the BellGab guys to bring lots of K-Y to her house to have anal sex with her, then concluded by trashing yet another live thread by howling about the level of vulgarity on this forum.  Sorry, guess I'm just insensitive that way.

lol or more astute in the ways of the jedi than you think! - Cause those were my exact thoughts too.  I just wasn't getting into it again with her!  I tried to get it out of her, but oh wells some folks just can't be helped.

Yeah I punched a hole in the whole...well we can figure this out with a mathematical equation....being as we know how large the universe is....

I questioned his exactness, that when it was done...we only thought the universe was about 12 billion years of age...then Hubble peered into the 13 billion range...and now other telescopes and Hubble, have looked to about the 13.7/14.2 billion range...so do we really have an exact moment we know the big bang occurred, to have an algorithm for it?  I think not.

I have champagne for spooky matter and I've changed my avatar.  I've broken out the bat pot holders and the last thing I'll do is hope for a close encounter that night.  Anything will do, a ghost an implant and I hate to just admit here but I'll even settle for an anal probe.  Now, will I be forever changed if it happens?   I don't think so, but it will sure change the way I sometimes listen to Art's guests.

at the very bottom of the first page i linked they have the 3 movies.  One is on Netflix (trinity and beyond) the other two are found in various places online, even youtube so they can be seen easily - I've probably watched trinity and beyond more than any other movie, I put it on and shatner serinades me to sleep pretty much nightly (before art came back lol)

A bit late to the discussion, but this is one of my favorite subjects.  I haven't watched 'Trinity' as many times as you but a lot.  Still gives me chills when I watch it.  It also brings to mind there are people who think nuclear bombs are impossible and it was all a hoax.  How ridiculous is that...

Anyway, it seems I'm younger than the majority here (32), but WWII subjects really fascinate me.  Anyone read "The Making of the Atomic Bomb" by Richard Rhodes?  Gotta be essential reading for anyone into the topic.
