Friday Night Shows

Hi . Just wanted to get a few opinions on this.  Obviously, the best case scenario would be for a guest host.  But if this can't happen, I for one, would rather hear a show from a past week.  We have 4 or 5 weeks of shows now and it is growing all the time.  Instead a "best of the week" I would rather hear a past show prior to the current week.  If not Friday night, then during the weekend.  Any thoughts?

Sounds good to me. I wouldn't mind if they started at day one on Fridays and just started re-airing the shows chronologically.

I think sooner or later SXM will have to have a full week, thus a Friday night host of sorts.

The weekend replays are nice though.

Yeah for me I've been waiting till we have a larger catalog - but I'm airing my own cut together news segment of the week's past shows - then usually the best "guest" for the week.  Now once we get a larger group of shows together and I'm sure THEY *(Sirius) is already aware that folks want a weekend show, just have to wait till Art has a larger catalog of shows under his belt, a month 1/2 isn't really enough.

I still want a 24/7 Art Bell channel with Live shows, replays of the new shows and a mix of the pre-Sirius classic shows.

Having spoken to Art about buying back his old catalog I know that he wouldn't even consider buying the back catalog.

We can still hope for a 24/7 channel though and one day they will have enough new old shows to fill the rest of the time on air.

Yep that's how I feel - I think we just love Art's persona so much that we just want Art Art Art, like the Howard fanatics! - we gotta give it time folks...it's not going to happen very fast - lets just all let it go as it may and stop demanding shit! - we're gonna go from barely love-able to excruciatingly hate-able...specially if crystal keeps sending him emails (as if she's a loyal bellgabber...)
