For the record, I don't have any ill will toward you. I might not appreciate your skills as a radio host but I've always thought you seemed like a genuinely good human. Antics like this really make me lose respect for all you guys over there. Why not have a guest on both shows? You have two different audiences, whats the big deal? Why should you punish a guest for appearing on as many shows as they can, they want as much publicity as they can get. You've published books, don't you try to reach out to as many audiences as possible? It all seems very petty to me.
