One call in number, it rolls over to many lines... it's not like one caller on air and everyone else gets a busy signal!   Don't confuse one dial in number with meaning one line.

It is different than 10 years ago. Now one line can actually branch into multiple lines. His 800 number probably has 20 - 30 lines connected now. Actually was probably easy 10 years ago.
