If you could time travel into the past with a camera and everything you needed to launch a satellite into space, could you launch the satellite and send a live feed from the camera to the satellite and watch live in present time from the satellite that would instantly appear once it was launched and in place in the past?

In the original timeline it would not instantly appear.

I was just thinking if the video feed was delayed to the exact time (present time) it would be a live feed.
