On Yoga...been doing so for quite some time. 6 days a week. But varies. I always have my yoga mat nearby, even in my painting area. Especially helpful if a bit stressed or feeling out of sorts. If I'm in between errand or working, even a quickie five minutes does wonders.

Or before bed, stretching helps my mind shut off and sleep more soundly.

I should really do this. I'm pretty high strung.

Tibetan Healing Sounds 11 hours - Tibetan bowls for meditation, relaxation, calming, healing

Very calming. Thanks for sharing, (Redacted). I just discovered the treasure trove of relaxation music on youtube, great stuff. Fantastic after yoga.

What a cutie!

Has he pissed in your face yet? Those things are weapons of mass destruction. Oh and just wait til he starts on solids. Those diapers are nasty.

Nearly.  He's 5 1/2 weeks old.

Dark weekend and women's  tatas.

SHERLOCK - Season 3

Not sure if joy is the right word; but it is a very distinctive, concise, and satisfying pleasure.

Indeed.

Check this out. It is a live camera posted over an eagles nest. I watched her today and it was very cool and it did bring me joy.

Ordering a 10 pack of Sony Lithium 3V CR2032 batteries for $6 including postage.

That is partial joy.

The real joy occurs when I install the batteries in eight different color coded locater devices.

At the touch of a button, I will be able to find the scissors, the cat, the Glock, and five other easily misplaced items.

Someone gave me this a while back, practically new in the box, and I kept forgetting to order batteries.

That's going to be one intimidating Glock.
