I've been watching/listening to some Ingoo swan stuff lately and it got me thinking... who the fuck are all these people that are mentioned? For some reason I dont find Dames mentioned at all.  Anybody know the dirt on the RV program and people involved in it?

I don't know. I think I read something about it in a Jim Marrs book. I think the program itself might have been run out of UCLA or Stanford maybe. I will keep it in mind and when I see stuff about it I will send it to you. Unless someone can remote view it for me.
