I was talking to a friend earlier and told them that the first suspect was killed in a shootout. (which I thought at the time). They replied with "without even questioning him first?" I was dumbfounded.

That may not be true. Some former government lawyers I've heard interviewed say that if the bombers are foreigners, they could be taken into the military system and flown to Gitmo.

I went through it pretty thoroughly and nothing jumped off the page at me. He tells a couple of jokes, he obviously has ties to Chechnya. Has some pretty militant friends. His religion is Islam. Nothing major.

Pete Williams of NBC is reporting that another bomb has been found in Boston - the Charles Gate section. Leading to speculation that there are more terrorists.
