Let's see, the parents are in an excited highly agitated state, 3 police cars come boiling up to the house with lights flashing and sirens waling, and a young child is packed up and sent to her room - with instructions to lay down and keep quiet, alone in the dark.  Who knows how long she was left in there like that.

Turns out she was scared the whole time, and that's why Art has to quit.  Is there a child anywhere on earth who wouldn't have been terrified in that situation?

Of course, one could also say that his daughter is being raised on a compound-like property in a dubious part of the country and not in a nice place where highly edumacated townfolk tend to gather...  In a household where there's drone flying inside and lots of firearms.  Then, to be paraded on the website so that she's recognizable to people who may have nefarious motives...  Uh, yeah.  Big picture gets uglier and uglier.

No, unfortunately this type of situation is common-place in many parts of the world and in certain historical times. Sad it has to happen here also. But often parents tell children to hide away in hopes that, if the worst happens, at least they won't be found and only parents killed etc. I'm sure she was scared.

MV really needs to get caller ID for his incoming lines, or have a printout from the phone company. That guy who kept claiming that ART called him  Hoagies stalker is really mentally unstable. I used to work at a County Mental Health center. This guy would have been medicated and locked in a room with nothing but a mattress on the floor!

   The accurate story should be told without character degradation in the telling... analytically, what happened. Then the documentation should be examined, and conclusions drawn from that assessment. Then we all can know the facts. I know them, they have made my situation inexplicable for decades. I know that compared to many travails, the "fidget debacle" is not a big deal. But when one man has to overcome a deeply entrenched conspiracy, and does... that paper trail should be examined, not summarily dismissed.

I learned a lot navigating this situation, and I can elucidate lessons from it that can help many people.

Helping me do that is what I think a 'professional' should do, not make me chase coattails for more than a decade to get an "I wish you well".

Would a name change help you overcome your self-inflicted pathos, and your chronic underachieving ..... ?

and that [they] have a pretty good idea who it is, but can not prove it.

OK. let's work with this information from Art.

1). young kid.
Young kid who is so pissed off with Art to call him, and specifically [according] to ART is giving
an ultimatum of Art not doing radio show...that ART [and family] will be death if Art
continues to do radio show.

So what we have here.
Kid is not interested in money, no cash demand, we talking no BiG cash ransom demand.
That means Art did something to somebody so fucking terrible that that person is not even
interested in BiG MONEY as a compensation.
Normally pissed of person that was hurt by Art would say , OK fucker give me so many thousands
of dollars and we are even for the shit you did to me.

But here we don't have that. OK-we don't know if the ransom demand was made, but logically
thinking [even if Art would say nothing to us if there was a ransom demand],
but Art would be able to eventually settle that,..pay the money and go on the air,
especially that apparently very-VERY lucrative deal was almost done with CUMULUS Radio MEDIA Giant
with hundreds of radio stations.
We talking millions of listeners and dollars in profit for DMDN and MITD.
So if ransom was in question Art would take care of it to save his show and
to sign contract with CUMULUS.

That takes this into other areas...who and why ??
Asking for no money, just for Art to get the fuck of the air.

Hiring young kid by someone could be risky,young kid could easily fuck up the action,
is young kid acting for him self, or for someone else ??  How young,how old is that kid ??
Kid could be 15-17 years old or 25 years old in Art's [70 old] perception.

Anyway, it is interesting story.
Could be someone who lost his job /livelihood/ because of Art, and now is pay back time and Art is
forced from his job.

The shooter , did not shoot Art, just forced him off the air.
Did Art forced someone else in the past from the air ??

Hoagies alleged stalker is much more entertaining than pretty much anything on the radio. His angry nonsense rant followed by an offer of $500 bribe money was hilarious. That man needs to be on the gabcast, bellphiles, or any other show.

Hoagie should book that dude for a show. Ratings would go through the roof. I'd love to hear those two yell over each other for an hour.
