No, Not at all Tiger Lily.  It's ME!!   ;D  You may have missed my posts, but I have made it VERY clear, that I am NOT one of the "Bella-Haven Babes"  I just post there from time to time.
Never spent much time on Bella Haven, except maybe to pop in for a cookie now and then. I'm just used to you being more upbeat, even in the mitd and osom threads. I'm with you, brig, just surprised you're with me

The mere fact that Hoagland has a radio show is something we should all marvel and appreciate  ;)
It is a total train wreck with a plethora of name dropping and circle jerking from Hoagie's misfits, whom he refers to as colleagues.
If that is not appeal enough I don't know what is  :P
He even openly airs his gripes on-air for all to speculate about.
Totally fascinating.

this is ALL true - i am amazed at his whole process
when he has a guest on as crazy as he is   and the OSOM  thread is full on
i laugh my ass off

70...He should have known the consequences...for that I do not give a pass...
I love Art and wish him the best but I'm not buying age as any excuse. Milt Rosenburg is in his 90s and was fired etc before from his longtime gigs and came back and STILL doing podcasts. That are very interesting and he is still sharp (though at times funny because he doesn't understand/get the whole 'social media' and sharing stuff. Which I also agree with but, at least, understand it.)

Oh, I don't like to post my horrible hurtful negativity in those threads.  I try to save my true opinions for times when my personal brutal truth is accepted.  ;)

Otherwise, I just keep quiet, and serve coffee.  ;D :-*

Agree and "fascinating" is the right word. Can you imagine Spock and a group of fellow Vulcans listening to OSM and trying to understand RCH's logic? They would all temporarily revert back to their violent, emotional Vulcan past and fight each other for the right to use the Vulcan Death Grip on him. And since (as we all know, BTW) the VDG is totally made up, they'd hurry to develop it.

You rang? The other side of Midnight is fun to listen to but RCH logic hurts my brain. Please just try not to understand RCH because his logic will hurt your brain too. RCH logic is a movie that you just trying to kill a little time and enjoying to popcorn.

I'd still listen to Art if he came back someday. I'd only pay on a month to month basis. I can't see him coming back though. All them bridges are burnt to a crisp.

I'd listen too. He's always been the best for late night talk. Just disappointed I'm back to archives so soon

I just informed MV privately that this post better be deleted or I'm going to have to bring my lawyer into this.

Don't bother. Art has all of them on retainer.

It is indeed. Hoagland has always wanted to lead his own parade, so I can imagine, when the opportunity arose, he jumped on it.
He tried so hard to get Bells approval, but then Art bailed. Next, he found noory and discovered the insane dooficity George brings to the table.
Most nights RCH led noory around like he had a ring in his nose. And now? Now he be da man. Almost 30 listeners. Woo hoo.

WTF happened to you?  You used to be a little more... assertive (aggressive?) in your postings.  You have "toed the line" for so long that the corn fields are getting overgrown.

Never was one to "towed the line" ..still not doing it!

I like Art.. I like MV.. I like Heather..

and I like "Babes"  either "real" or imaginary, in all shapes and forms..
Irregardless of thier protesting  and negativity

I tried to hook up the livestream a couple hours ago, but being the tech retard I am, I couldn't get it to work. On a happy note, I just wrapped up with Zoltan Istvan, presidential candidate running on the Transhumanism Party ticket. Great, wide-ranging discussion on the implications of rapid technological advancement that will force us to redefine what it means to be human, sooner rather than later.

On another note: I've parted ways with DMDN. This was after a week of very careful consideration of an offer to fill in on MITD. My concerns piled up over the course of the week and I decided it was in my best interest to step away.

Another show is being taped tomorrow - may actually be live if I can get the stream to work, so that'll be a show with calls and everything.

Monday night I called Steve and asked him to host the show that night, he stammered, repeatedly asked me if I was asking him to do the show that night.  He said his phone was in a precarious position, and had to call me back.  I waited for him to call me back for a few minutes, and he did not.  I called him back, and he was even more nonplussed.  I asked him again if he would host, faced with the reality of hosting a live show, he wouldn't do it.  However, that was not the official offer.

The official offer that was given to Steve was to do Dark City live last night as a test.  He agreed to do that, then the night before, declined.  By the way, there is no "livestream" to hook up, all he has to do is call Keith on Skype and do the show.  He wouldn't.

Heather, it sounds like that your going to past the show to Steve and as Steve "hosts" the show, You bail on Dark Matter just like Art. We all know that Art really did not wanted to host the show and now you don't want to host the show. Please Heather no one wants your sloppy seconds.

The legacy Art Bell leaves. So sad.

Welcome back littlechris. This place NEEDS your humor and wit.. Please go at it..

Lots of people got their undies all wadded up. Its rather humorist,  to just sit back and watch ..  But your skill is par excellence, maybe you can help sort it all out.

You called at 11:30 ranting and raving because you found out they were looking for 'options'. Of course I wasn't gonna host anything with 30 minutes notice and you goading me.

You're a dim bulb. I'm talking about a separate stream for my own use.

Go fuck yourself, Amateur Hour.

Art's legacy is quitting not staying around like George Noory.

Gabcast will be fun tomorrow.

Heather, I hope that you enjoy your time on the sinking ship that is called Midnight in the Desert, not even Art Bell wanted to stay.
