How is it a weapon?

I can't/won't decide on whether the "gunderson tape" is true/not true..not my place.

It is what is is, legally and what transpired and what was said or not said, truth, half truths or whatever and they seem to be "on record"

So how is bringing them up "vile" or "filth" if they happen to infer something that most don't want to consider. 

Doesn't anyone want the truth no matter where it takes us?....isn't that what "wanna take a ride" was all about?...not BS and sychopantic adulation?...but hey, in retrospect maybe it wasn't.

As an over 2 decade listener/fan I will always revere Art and the days when he brought magic to the night. I have been a member on most forums that were formed following Art, chatting through his shows live, going back to Rowland's first, the FF etc. etc., having collection archives of his past shows going back to 1994, buying his commemorative CD's that Keith compiled after one of "the quits"

After this last decade + of fiasco BS, I feel duped again by Art jerking us all around...still and sadly I think it's about time he was called on it.

Art, either shit or get off the pot.

You either want to do the show, find your "stalker" or you don't. Up to you man. Just stop jerking whatever fans you have left around.
It's been more than a ride and enough is enough.

You quit, but you didn't retire?...you hung up the mic for the last time, yet you come back the next day with Heather, then you may do a show once in a while or you won't...etc., etc.

Now you seem to be going after DP, yet it seems that you are not doing anything about the " real stalker" that made you quit MITD?

As for the truth of the matter, again your thinking is being distracted and influenced by irrelevancies. It doesn't make a difference here what happened and what didn't, strange as that might sound. I think your emotion over Art's behavior over the years is clouding your judgement regarding the quest for truth and how people's behavior in a society should be thought about and, yes, judged.

As for wanting or demanding the truth, or hoping to find anything other than a dim reflection of it on a radio show, I think you're setting yourself up for disappointment. Even Pontius Pilate would agree with that much and he would be right.

At the same time it seems he was trying to prove a point...the point being that perhaps Art doesn't always tell the whole truth...that's all. Unfortunately the example he chose perhaps was not a great choice but an illustration of what he was trying to prove. Does that make him a stalker or does that make him someone who believes in what he thinks, expresses it, etc.

Have you ever read any of the other vile things that have been posted and discussed about Art Bell for over a decade or more all over the net? ( I will not refer to them here)...ever heard of anonymous coward?...there are many others.

As far as I am aware, Art never went after them, never wanted to know their true identity, so why now with DP?...diversionary tactic away from the real alleged stalker?..to rally the sychophants? ...why?

Bottom line, we either still have the freedom of speech or we don't...albeit PC'ness has already eroded that entire premise.

When Art Bell goes after all the other people who have accused him of whatever, call them stalkers, go after the Gunderson video which is all over the net, then I will believe how infuriated and "afraid" he is of this alleged "stalker" = DP

Until then, IMHO Art's response is beyond ludicrous, especially since he allegedly has a "real" stalker taking shots at him/his family, yet he doesn't seem to be doing anything much about that now is he? ( that we know of).

Yet he takes his daughter out in the snow in the middle of the night where this boogey stalker is, and that's safe and cool...but spends his day watching cars drive by his house....yet it is not safe for him to walk between his house and studio to do MITD...but it IS safe for him to still live there and do nothing....but he's going to go after DP now as his stalker??

Art Bell was one influence who put me on the path to seek the truth, however that was a very long time ago and I don't find anything he has to say now and sadly then as being credible, nor any other radio host/program, however it was food for further thought...that's all.

Yeah, sure...I can take a paper coffee cup and stuff it down someone's throat...but the cup is not the weapon...in that scenario, I would be the weapon by using it to harm someone.
