Falkie transcends trollhood. He should be living on a mountain in Nepal dispensing wisdom to those who aspire to be shiny objects that the internet looks at. He once utterly fixated his thread people for six months simply by giving updates on a painfully slow cleaning of his apartment. For lack of anything else to call it, it was magnificent.

Nah...

I've seen a number of his vids, and the definition of him is simple.

He's a guy, who cares deeply about certain things, who is simply trying to be relevant.

Even if one were to consider his views garbage (which I do), you have to give him props for putting it on the line.

And that in itself has a nobility that far exceeds a "troll", or "mountain dwelling king of trolls".

He's a genuine human, worthy of respect. Because he puts it on the line- and most of us do not.

i asked art if he could come on live during the  prediction new years show with heather when he was here on Christmas  but didn't get an answer in the tread but i'm hoping he does

I never understood the appeal of those. 

The remote 'viewers', 'psychics', smoker-voiced 'witches', and anyone else claiming they have access to the future are full of it and complete frauds. 

If the shows were about what random callers thought might happen - who cares, they sure didn't seem to put much thought into it most of the time.

Actually I'm usually bored by them when they make their predictions.  But riveted a yr. later when they're scored.

One last thing since I am awake, about Heather, I was not talking about prank calls everybody that does a show gets those. I was talking about the show thread, she read that every night and it was pretty brutal. That's what I meant about one of our own. She has been a member in good standing for a long time and I know that doesn't get you much but maybe a little?

You chose wisely in Heather, and I'm grateful for her.  When she was just producer, I spoke with her for some time, and I instantly found in her what you must have.

I don't want to give anybody false hope that I am coming back because I have had enough come backs and this one was screwed up by my own words which were said at a time when frankly I was scared, stressed out and had not slept for some time, so it's on me all the way.

However I do feel that those who want to see MITD continue need to support the show which is just $4.99 a Month. Heather is doing a great job and improving every day. She is dedicated to exploring the Paranormal and having a alternative on the air is golden in my view.

Art has no intention of coming back. The infrastructure is in ruins. He's not coming back to a glorified podcast that will never be able to get affiliates again.

That post is more about trying to mend the destruction his words caused and to help out Keith and Heather who he left high and dry.

I can afford $5 a month in hopes art does a few shows a month down the road. I think a full time come back is off the table, as he doesn't want to really do that anymore.

I disagree with the thought that there are not alternatives to coast. Nothing against Heather, I hope she does well but the other shows are not amateurs. Some are actually pretty decent but are no where near as good as Art. The only person who can come close to Art is Knapp in my opinion.

Night Train trailed off just a few hours ago, and says he is done for awhile.  I miss him already.
