I barely know what or who Falkie is, barely know who Jazmunda is.. I think Senda is Falkie?, and Bella Haven is a podcast, apparently.  No idea about Casio.

If anyone volunteers to be one of the host with MV, I believe there's an hour or so beforehand to check everyone's connections etc are working. SV knows better than I , he was a recent host with IB. Very good it was too. But don't tell the big headed bastard. He's already had knickers with phone numbers posted to him..

Bella Haven is a refuge of bacon with various flavors of coffee at the ready. I recommend spending 20 minutes there twice per day. No Falkie. No Jazmunda. Mostly Serenity with a shot of White Crow. And the Bella Haven babes. Nice place for a mental holiday.

I don't have much more to say.  I'll be using the world's best site blocker/productivity enhancer to keep myself on the straight and narrow starting at midnight tonight. 

From now on I may check in at lunch and break for a few quick posts, and on the weekends some, but I've vented my spleen at Art for his shenanigans, and gotten it out of my system. 

Now it's back to work.

I remember when George Noory (who is a gentlemen tbh although a horrible host) offered to buy him a pair of glasses and Falkie just kept letting the insults rip, told Noory to essentially fuck off and he'd rather be blind than take anything from noory.
