After the subscription went up to be a TT, maybe it still wasn't enough income, hence the charge for streaming.  I would have thought Art would have done this to begin with but he seemed very committed to a free stream.  Maybe reality hit home.

My guess is that just the cost per month for subscribing will be going up again. That could be "shocking for some" and would explain Art's recent recommendations to join up now if you haven't already to lock in your current low price.
