Cool trailer Jaz. Open lines were also my favourite shows. Anything really could happen. It was a nice touch that you included the Paglini first call in that showcased how Art could take a caller and turn them into a favourite guest.

I'm a bit bummed that I won't be able to join you guys in listening live as the show starts at 5am in the UK. Luckily I am a registered Time Traveler and I will be listening on the commutes to and from work.

This is my favorite one and WOW, Jaz got the first time Art talked to Paglini! She was a regular caller and it waa great. Jaz really outdid himself with this one.

Does any listener in that region know the approximate distance you can pull that station in? Any chances of picking it up in the Inland Empire area (Spokane, Coeur d'Alene, etc?) Or is that too far away with all mountains before.

Quite honestly, this time around feels like nothing that has been done before.  There is something that feels so much better than it did with DM... I was excited back then, but was still quite reserved.  It was still corporate, still had rules, still had Art working for someone (still had a non-compete?)  I think that this time we all know that the end of the broadcasting of this program will be the end- but there may still be years that we can ride and I'm all set and buckled in.

It's true. This time has a vibe that's very different. It feels very entrepreneurial, something akin to the 90's when Art was trailblazing internet/radio interactivity. It also feels very grass roots because, well, it has been because of Bellgab and Art's interaction with us. All the right mix. I'm freaking stoked.

Nope!

I'm from Seattle. I was stationed in Indiana for a couple of years, and was transferring to the USS Carl Vinson, which was stationed in California at the time.

And can you tell us about your writing for After Dark?

Unfortunately, I can't find those issues ... but one of the articles was about the Global Consciousness Project, and how the events of 9/11 were detected before the event occurred, and the other was a comparison between how intention was used on hurricanes Lilli and Charlie.
