Really?  Art just reaffirmed a couple days ago he's coming back in July 2015.  Now because of this vague obscure thing, he's not coming.  Nah, he'll be back--the question is how long will it be.

Didn't a number of people say it was on his Facebook?  And others saw it on a twitter answer?  Unless a few people here were faking everyone out.  Even if that the case--Art DID reaffirm coming back a few months ago.  So I see no need to worry or doubt at this point.

I have Art on facebook and the only thing he said was that he found some relief from back pain. I don't remember him mentioning anything about coming back.

Thanks--so it was Keith backing up what Art had told everyone a couple of months ago...except moving it up a couple of months and to be safe, Keith can't verify how many days a week or for how long.

The Bell Family is well indeed! My new show will air from 9PM-1AM PT. If Sirius would free me from my non-compete it would have been 7-10 PT but while I understand both CC and Sirius did what they had to do, Karma is a Bitch. It will Stream for free and Podcasts will be available.

I chose Sirius XM for I think some very good reasons, they cover every inch of North America, well into Central America, Puerto Rico and so forth. They will let me do exactly what I want. Very few if any commercials, Basically Freedom, all the things I told you I would need to cut a deal.

First of all my sincere congrats to Premiere Radio, they made the right move. Business is War and I would have done the same exact thing, and did in my day.

Second, given the same circumstances I would make the same decision again today about Dark Matter. There is much you do not know and I will not talk about because it was given in confidence and I am kind of old school so I will not talk about those things even though it would help you to understand my decision.

Third, I would love it if Sirius/XM would waive my NC but they said no and even though I could run out and get a Lawyer and perhaps win back my freedom I will most likely not do that. If I were ten Years younger it might be a different story, I will say this, It seems crazy as hell to me that we offered exactly what Premiere ended up taking. Now Sirius/XM has a show that will be mostly commercials and seems much less a good fit than Dark Matter with a Host who thinks a Typhoon in Vietnam causes rain in Hawaii. (Last night's show, first hour)

Fourth and finally I would like to say sorry to the people who did come over either by Radio or the less than stellar streaming, trust me I understand your anger, I only wish you had enough information to understand my decision.

Seems like time for a UPDATE. As many of you know I left Sirius/XM after a short stint because we were having serious problems with the streaming service. They refused a offer to allow free streaming until it could be fixed. They promptly replaced Dark Matter with Coast to Coast AM on the same channel (104). I could speculate here about why that was done but I will not. I felt it was not reasonable to ask people to pay about $180.00 a Year to try and listen to a stream that so many complained was not working right.

At this point they have come and collected their studio gear and have left. I have asked to be released from my Non-Compete many times and they refuse, I have my own feelings about what has gone on behind the scenes and why at this point it matters to them, however it is what it is. So I will wait it out, then start a show that will air for free on the Internet. I have a time segment in mind which I will announce as we get closer to that time.

I am willing to give my all every time I crack the mike, but not for a show that has a built in limit on how large it can grow based on how good it is. So, that is where things stand today.

Otherwise the Bell Family is happy and well. My thanks to all of you that have followed this tortured path with me.
