Perhaps not that specific term but Art has had guests speak on energy work (unwanted), astral work into one's dreams. But, it's nothing 'new'. Goes back to many Shamanic practices in various cultures throughout  history. Have no idea who these guests are and there are so many with new fangled spins on it.

Preferably fresh, so's you can smell it. Artemisia tridenta, sagebrush, kept where thouest sleepest. Ancient chinese secret 'cept they use another Artemisia. Works every time though it may ramp up, or lucidly embellish your dreaming.

Ahaha. I just giggled with the visual of the kitty dismantling the bell.

There's all kinds of methods, tools, etc. But, personally, I feel that if you don't believe in it, how effective?


Ok. Going to share this. Will sound crazy but screw it. I've met many that are 'little astral fukkers'. Especially those energy practioners. Being a Reiki Master, you meet many practioners. Not just 'Reiki'. There was this guy who was a bit too pushy, wanted a date, etc. Made it clear, 'Uh. Nope'. One day at work, he says jokingly, 'I'm going to Astral visit you tonight.' I turned away. Good luck, pal.

That night, while sleeping. I'm in a dream. Then, the wall of the dream (like a bubble) begins to move. There, pushing himself in, I see his face and he's coming through this bubble. I wake up...knowing. I sensed a shift in the dream. I see him the next day and confront him. He smirks and this smile comes across his face..he describes the room I was in, details. I leaned in and said, ' Next time you even think it, I will astral back and kick your fukking ass with a fury, you will wake up sore in places you never imagined.'

I was seriously hoping the witch would be on. Instead its the "dream team". I'm down with these guest because they deal with "spooky" stuff, but I was really lookin forward to the witch.  Ehh I wish Art would have had more Paranormal guest this week sense its Halloween week. He could have done his Nuclear stuff next week.

Ok. Dream work is extremely provocative and fascinating. Especially when you have a guest with years of study beyond the 'add water, boil' insta meal types. For example, Robert Moss. He's a brilliant historian, author of many books of Shamanic practices, dream work. One book is Dream Way of The Iroquois. Traveling the world, investigating it in Africa, Thailand, India, etc. I suggested him to Paul as a guest for DM.

A random though about the "we" are all in comment, "we" might mean that Ayrin, his wife, might start playing some part in the behind the scenes aspect of the show, similar to what Ramona did. Maybe she will help with guest bookings or skype call screener, or some other form of show prep or logistics. I know it's probably a stretch, but Ayrin poped into my head when I thought about  the "We" this  morning.

This makes since to me. If you listened to the program last night, the choices for bumper music were not what we are normally accustomed to. Another user suggested that Airyn was selecting some of the music.
