Oh, my.  That's actually pretty funny.  I thought I had posted a comment not all that long ago that had this now-censored "H" word in it, so just went back and did a search of my posts.  Yep, there it is!   From June 22:  http://coastgab.com/index.php/topic,3422.msg119086.html#msg119086

The "H" word was intact for at least a few days afterward, of that I'm certain.  Now it's all ****** just like sardoni's.   I'm going with jazmunda's explanation - weird fetish.

It has nothing to do with MV. Most website programs have Big Brother code installed which acts as a God Censor. There are a zillion stupidly conceived "banned" words which the software takes out of the hands of a site administrator and just goes ahead and censors for him/her. Of course the fact the Big Brother software exists at all is a tribute to the fascist instincts of whoever built the programs. Plus the lists were compiled by illiterate morons who are simply too stupid and ignorant to live. I'm amazed "niggardly" slips by the mind-cleansers.

I've noticed for awhile, every time I type in "Noory," the "software" wants to change it to a slang term for, ahem, "getting it on."  I thought it was just mocking me.

I'm not sure about SMF, but most forum software I use has the provision for censoring certain words, but no built-in list. I'd guess that the dreaded 'H' word is something MV banned as a joke or to discourage a certain past user.
