In other news, get THIS you guys:  I figured out how to get a SECOND free 30 Day Trial out of Sirius!  I am happier than a clam!!!!  Did anyone else manage to do it, too?  It wasn't that hard, although I was a wee bit tricky about it.  (Insert evil cackle here).

I wonder if we all collectively thought about it ( like Art's old experiments ) that we did not want daylight savings to go back to standard time, would Art's show go on the air at the regular time ?


If you talk to Sirius customer service they will tell you how to get back on for free or to re-activate your account. I'm not paying to listen now but will at $ 14.95 a month starting in November 1st. I was equally disconcerted to find out I couldn't listen to Art or Sinatra just before airtime a week or more ago.

I just thought of a new show for Snoory since he's willing to be derivative. ( nice name for stealing content ).

So far thats Sam Roberts and Jim Norton both explaining on air that they used to listen to and enjoy Art Bell back in the day.  Sam mentioned listening to DM on his drives into work a few weeks back on the after show.  Sam also mentions that he is still listening to DM on his drives in when Jimmy brings it up.  Jim Norton is probably my favorite voice on O and A so to hear him talk about Art was just great.

More and more people are going to be getting exposed to Art Bell and DM.  What a time we live in!

I noticed that George Norry didn't mention Art is his C2C send off thank you at the end of last night's show. Two days he still was including him in the "thank you". My local AM affiliate is still replaying old C2C with on Saturdays. Does Art get money from that? And is the "thank you" to Art being dropped permanently?

Noory may have just forgot last night since he has been saying Art Bell's name at the end of his list for the past month.
Art apparently sold all the rights to his old c2cam shows to PremRat over 10 years ago, so if he got money for them it was way back then.
Art wants them to stop playing the old shows on Saturdays, but so far they have refused...

The only thing I'm going to remember about John Hogue was the clip George had posted on the C2C web site.  It was that promo of George's Beyond Belief 'TV' show where JH is sitting there - dressed in his Medieval Faire costume - and having made the mistake of mentioning some dog, is sitting there with a shit eating grin on his bewildered face while George is barking at him.
