OMG  this is the best example of a bad interview.  I don't know where to start.  Phony ass voice - obviously a scam - reference to Twilight Zone, cut to commercial as the guest is right at the most dramatic point of a story.  I have hardly listened at all tonight and what a GAGFEST.

Well that was the lowest low I've ever personally heard Idiot Jorch sink to.  (No, wait, there have been worse ones involving little children.)


He made up that whole thing about getting lots of emails saying the guest's picture's mouth was moving.  I stared at it on the Coast site, and it definitely is NOT moving.  Trust me. Then he did the creepy voice thing and claimed he knew nothing about it, which REALLY freaked out his guest.


It was infuriating and embarrassing at the same time to hear him be that brazen while the guest (who was not an idiot) was totally taken in because she absolutely couldn't let herself believe that Noory was making her look like a gullible fool. He was. And it went on and on and on with callers offering opinions and Noory lying through his teeth.

I wonder if he knows his days are numbered at Coast and has just decided to throw caution to the wind! Just Awful. 


P.S. Thanks for the voice clip, Maxwell.  Lest those who didn't hear the following 45 minutes of the show, this continued to be an argued issue.  At one point the guest asked him to replay the clip, and he said he would do so on Friday open lines. Can't wait for that.

Unfortunately, I had to endure the buffoon conducting the worst interview in radio history. What a complete a$$hole! He obviously did absolutely ZERO preparation for the interview. The final straw was that utterly bizarre sequence involving Noory and his idiotic fake voice!!

I don't believe I heard that last hour. Noory claiming people were emailing him to say Jesus' mouth was moving on the C2C website. Linda said she could see it. She's freaked because she thinks she's opened a portal, that Jesus has something to say and has chosen now to say it.
That's when he put on his Amityville voice. And kept the lie going for 50 minutes, although it was clear Linda was genuinely rattled. A caller identified the words correctly: 'Why did you write this book?' Noory comes in with 'So answer the question, then' and lets the poor woman go into a justification for doing so.
I kept waiting for Noory to let her down, but no. Linda asked if he could rewind the tape and play it again. "Maybe later. But not now' He said 'Maybe I'll play it on Friday during Open Lines' 'That's a great idea!' says Linda, and adds 'I'd be very, very curious to hear it.' No, my dear, you'll be very, very angry.
He also trotted out the Cottingley Fairies photograph, of which Linda was unaware. Noory gives it the full 'incredible mystery' treatment for her. Everyone but everyone knows it's a fake: even the girl in the pic admitted it.

Also paraded his ignorance right at the end of the interview by revealing he didn't know that the Veronica story is not in The Bible at all.
Don't have words to describe Noory right now. The turd that just won't flush.

He probably made the voice to be "funny".  Funny like when a caller sits on hold for who knows how long and then he BS's them it some stupid way then finally hangs up not hearing what they phoned in about.  His sense of humor speaks volumes about what a superficial mercenary of a host he is.  At least Punnit and Wells care.  Turd is right.  How can this guy be booted?

I would guess that any CoastGabber who heard that program is feeling the same way right now.  Thanks, NoMoreNoory for coming up with the word "rattled," because that's a perfect description of what the woman was.  Yes, she was confused, and yes her first reaction was that this was just a joke, but she was RATTLED, and so would anyone be, thinking they were talking to a reputable radio host.

Btw, I've already had an email from an online friend who has had several strokes and is well-medicated (and confused), asking me if I also saw the picture's mouth move, because she clearly does see it.  Imagine how many more will pass this charlatan's crap on as self-witnessed truth.

     I was driving around when I heard it, and I was praying that when I got home somebody would have already put the audio up for all to hear. A belated welcome to Maxwell, to this grand forum, and thanks for posting it.  A while back I grew tired of George calling us haters and I took an unofficial, unscientific, poll in this thread asking if you hated Noory, because I knew we weren't haters, and I wanted to send the results to ole' George so that he could include us in his Friday "shout out" (yeah, I don't know what I was thinking either).  About 80% responded "no."  We weren't, and aren't, haters, but tonight I have utter contempt for the man who once called himself a "truth seeker."  Lying about whether it was his voice.  Lying about how he couldn't play it back, then saying he'll do it Friday.  Really?  Your whole show is centered around the strange, and a voice from beyond is heard on the air, on your show, and you can't play it back?  You'll do it Friday?  And this event is not mentioned in the "recap" section of the c2c website?  He lied to his guest, Linda Staci, and he lied to everyone listening.  I'm going to write to everyone involved in the show.  I will ask them if, indeed, they do not have the technology to replay something that just freakin' happened.  Are they all going to lie for him?  I will write to George and have him put it in writing that he can't replay audio.  I will write Art and detail this buffoon's shenanigans and, if the gods are with us, may Art post on his Facebook page that yes, of course, any monkey's ass could replay audio in a modern radio studio, thus calling out George as the lying sack of burning pizza rolls that he is.  And if the gods are still with us, and if the universe has any meaning at all, this will be the beginning of the end of George Noory, because it isn't the stupid disrespectful unworthy of sitting in that chair prank he decided to pull, its the cover up, George, it's always the freakin' cover up.

I'm looking forward to all the people who are going to slow speech down and derive information from the little 'glitch' in this interview.  And how C2C is going to capitalize on the 'spookiness' of people's perception of the 'moving mouth' of the 'icon' of "Veronica" as viewed on C2C derived from Stasi's photos. This animation didn't last long. How cheap. BTW: of the two images provided, the right-hand image is the one extant. The other 'image' of the closed mouth "Veronica towel" is the 'phenomenon' presented there. This latter was what George claimed several e-mailers said 'moved'.   I believe it possible some did see such 'movement'.  A form of 'toggling'. Land-line connected viewers wouldn't see it. DSL viewers might have caught this . . . if they took the time to look at it. What a pathetic and desperate act.  I'd only advise anyone who saw 'the mouth move' to study "Mission Impossible" tv series. Yer 'chain' is being yanked.  Buyer beware.

This just occurred to me.  What would George do if the guest called him out and said something to the effect...."I know it was you and it's not funny.  You are rude and unprofessional."  Would he just cut the guest off to save embarrassment?

I didnt listen live like i had planned and konked out early last night.  I too was looking forward to this but I've just gotten about 10 minutes past his stupid voice thing and I'm thinking I'll just turn it off.  That was the same stupid voice he used for the pizza roll call to Tommy.  Ah jeez and now callers are speculating on what the voice was... this is horrible.

He simply does not understand normal people and what goes on in their heads and hearts.

Of course he has learned from other humans, and he mimics what he has seen and heard, so he generally knows how to act. And so he often does a good job concealing the fact he doesn't emotionally connect with a particular situation or interaction, and doesn't really understand why a person would act a certain way. George is borg.

I have on disc the night that Art Bell did the Area 51 Employee call-in line back in 1997.   This includes the call that was sampled for the last track of Tool's Lateralus album.  Near the end of that call, something happened that knocked Art Bell off of the air.  He was able to request that the network play it back so hear it happen. Art then went to a commercial break, and came back to the network playing back the call.  So back in 1997 they were able to do something like that.....

Excellent sir! Might I suggest you send this along to every possible address associated with the Snoron and PremRat. I honestly didn't think he could sink any lower than he did during the December 21st, 24th, and January 6th shows. Might I also suggest that everyone here who has been feeling the gnawing pain of losing Coast to Coast to this feckless moron, stop for just a moment and write to PremRat. BOMBARD THE FUCKERS!! This has gone far beyond funny. Far beyond Pathetic. This is insulting. The rate at which he continues to drag this show down is absolutely alarming. Lied through your teeth to her and your callers repeatedly. You asked Linda if she thought she was possessed. She was clearly rattled and upset by the whole thing and you put that notion in her head? Really?
She asked if you could play it back. You said: No, you couldn't. Really? In a modern, digital, computer-driven radio studio you ask us to believe you can't do that? You're a liar.
You said you would play it on Friday during your (call-screened: Ah, Art Bell: where are you, now?) Open Lines. Was that a lie too, George? Will you do it? Play your 'prank' and your denials and carry on pretending it wasn't you? I dare you to do it.
This woman was your guest, giving up her time in the small hours of the morning. This may come as a shock to you, but guests should be treated with respect, and not the casual, bullying contempt you dished out.
You are beneath contempt, Mr Noory. That you have stayed in your job for ten years, driving a once-great show into the dust is a mystery to me. I just hope the other shoe will finally drop with your bosses and that they will do the decent thing and give you the bullet you so richly deserve.

I did not catch the show last night, but this sounds like a calculated move by Noory. Mix things up/maybe get more listeners. A stunt nothing more nothing less.
