Monk, I think he is actually burning out. How long has he been around - nine years? If I had a radio program where I had to cover all of those years with about two dozen topics to cycle through - hell, I'd get kind of tired of it and slide down the "excitement pole" myself.

Those women, unfortunately and self-defeatingly, lean to the right, and they seemed to become understandably scarce when Romney was narrowed down to the Republican nominee. Never has there been a bigger turd sandwich, and, if you're paying attention, his party seems to want to emulate the same level of anti-women suppression that fundamentalist Islamists enjoy.

My brother-in-law's mom is from Texas, voted for Bush twice, is a Young Earth Creationist evangelical, and she's voting for Obama.

I think there are a lot more illiterate, barefoot and pregnant women who are far more likely to vote for Obama since they're mostly on welfare and need the government handouts. Also, young single professional women (a large percentage who hate men) are already to vote for our current "plantation owner". After all, a large percentage of them got their jobs based on being a women - even if incompetent. I've worked for a number of them.

So brainless females and those who want to have their special considerations based on their sex will vote your way. Real people will vote for what is best for our people and our nation.

Shock - Reincarnated Jack Parr? I think he was a brat when Jack was on the Tonight Show. Well, Noory is OK and was a really good change when Art left for a second time to rescue Coast after having handed it over to Mike Seigle (Sea Gull, Goonie Bird, Duck ...) when Art first stepped aside.

Paper Boy - Probably not  as they have a tendency to "talk at you" rather than carry on a conversation. They cover theri ears and yelp out "na-na-na" to drown you out. Monk, we agree on the NDE and healing topics George Noory often covers. We all get sick and need to do what we can to remain as healthy as possible and we are all mortal so will face the "ultimate" and "final" trip in our own times. Thing about NDEs that puts an asterisk by it for me however is that they all came back - so didn't really die. But I do regard this one woman's experience (no brain or heart activity as they worked on a brain aneurism. She was ready for the refrigerator in the morgue yet came back (she was clinically "killed" for the procedure). Also, children with no engrained religious beliefs (bias or prejudices) recounting specific and detailed experiences while in the neath death state.

Morgus, there is plenty of EVIL to go around. As good a topic as any. Did he ask for people who regarded themselves as evil to call in or just those with stories, heresay etc?

And glub_blub, the issue isn't republican v. democrat. It is people who have two different visions of what is happening right now in this country and where they'd like to see it headed. There are plenty of "democrats" who are as concerned as "republicans" about this and want to see a change whereby we can reconstruct our foundation and begin to head back to self-sufficiency. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that. If you can't provide for yourself (personally or nationally) you are either dying or dead. I point out democrats quite often as they tend to utter the same mantra and think Obama is our only option. There is a healthy division amongst non-democrats.

I finally got so pissed at george that i had to register.
Anyway i sent him an email. There it is:

OMG George,
I am trying real hard to be your fan. I mean I am even a coast to coast insider, but for god sake LISTEN TO YOUR GUESTS AND CALLERS. What you pulled off on Tuesday 21st, 2012 with your first caller in open lines (which by the way we all hate) is a travesty. YOU ARE THE ONE who gave us the news about Triclosan. So please pay attention. This is getting rediculous. I really don't know what happened to you. Please do your homework. At least pretend you do. I really hope you clean up your act otherwise I will be forced to cancel my subscription.

Good luck with that! As you will see from an earlier post at the beginning of this month, I emailed George, Tom and Lisa over the Seth Farber show. Silence. I have just re-sent the email to all three of them, inviting them to explain why they see fit to ignore their audience.

Meanwhile, I am now the, erm, proud (?) possessor of the 'George Noory Presents After Dark' CD. I have had it for a week or so and have not yet managed to summon up the courage to hear his mangling, I mean reading, of The Monkey's Paw and The Tell-Tale Heart. In the Inlay card he tells us:

That would be the desk job, right, George?

Which is so amply demonstrated in the way that his contribution to almost every 'interview' is a repetition of 'That's right' and 'There is no doubt about that'.

For some reason this gave me a good laugh.  Did anyone catch the part of last night's show when Noory was talking to Dr. Estes about evil and they were discussing the Aurora shooter, James Holmes.  George refered to him as John Holmes and Dr. Estes was a little hesitant in the conversation.  She corrected it by saying JAMES holmes.....Noory mumbles and catches his mistake.  He said "Yes, James.....JOHN Holmes was a porn star."  Dr. Estes during the end of that topic emphasizes "James" when saying the shooter's name.  I dunno.  It was subtle but I thought pretty funny.
