I know.  She looks like my yoga teacher, who's 60, but could pass for 45.

Robin is 64.

Oh great. An acolyte of Deepak Chopra's.  No thanks.
Chopra once had a voracious appetite for women.  That's what happens if you meditate a lot.

'Why do you think the afterlife was created?'

It's a holding pen for the soul between lives.  A kind of spiritual Disneyland.  It's another cage.

Ah, yes, the classic "Old Yellow."  Dave, the never ending joke.

My sadistic witch of a mother used to play this song to me when I was a kid.  I'd cry and she'd laugh.
OLD SHEP
When I was a lad
And old Shep was a pup
Over hills and meadows we'd stray
Just a boy and his dog
We were both full of fun
We grew up together that way

I remember the time at the old swimmin' hole
When I would have drowned beyond doubt
But old Shep was right there
To the rescue he came
He jumped in and then pulled me out

As the years fast did roll
Old Shep, he grew old
His eyes were fast growing dim
And one day the doctor looked at me and said
"I can do no more for him, Jim"

With hands that were trembling
I picked up my gun
And aimed it at Shep's faithful head
I just couldn't do it, I wanted to run
I wish they would shoot me instead

He came to my side and looked up at me
And laid his old head on my knee
I had struck the best friend a man ever had
I cried so I scarcely could see

Old Shep, he has gone where the good doggies go
And no more with old Shep will I roam
But if dogs have a heaven there's one thing I know
Old Shep has a wonderful home

I wonder if Jorch gets Brazilian waxes

Dave gets waxed, and then they glued his back hair on his head... or use it to cover up things when he accidentally cuts his stache off.

One of Elvis's early songs.  I can't listen to it without bawling.  Red Foley originally recorded it.

Tonight Linda Moulton Howe hosts with George Noory as guest, should be a good show.

I hope she tells another cool story of her hiking up into the mountains

Alice is great, and so are the albums Killer and Flush the Fashion.

Welcome To My Nightmare is probably my favorite album of his though Love It To Death and Billion Dollar Babies are great to as is Killer.  I'm not really familiar with Flush The Fashion.  I'll have to give it a listen if it is up on youtube.

The topic is a frozen lake in Antarctica and the bumper music is about a jungle and a lion?  Errrmkay.

Jorch just puts up whatever shit he wants to play.  There's no rhyme or reason to it a lot of the time.  Of course he works a bit harder on his bumpers when LMH comes on.  Count on Tom Jones being thrown into the mix.  Usually Delilah or She's a Lady.

Guy From V

Will someone tell these frigging jokers that this Vostok stuff is pretty much the plot of Who Goes There? / The Thing From Another World / John Carpenter's The Thing.

Haha ain't that the truth, but starting off the LMH interview with Chris Isaak is a bit edgy for what he's used to.

His pre-LMH bumper music is so obvious. She must think he's a creep.

I'm so bummed out for her.  Has anyone mentioned to Linda that Art's returning in July?

I'm up tonight and thought I'd catch LMH and ignore Dave.  Usually pretty easy to do when Linda's on, since Dave takes the opportunity to examine the back side of his eyelids.

I'm just drinking water and just about upchucked when Isaak started playing prior to LMH.  At least it wasn't "Lady in Red."  Time to close the shades.  :P

Holy eviscerated cow was that "Wicked Game" Noory played?  Jeezus wept.

I heard one time Jorch threw his underwear at Tom Jones and Jones ran off the stage in terror.  The whole stage had to be defumigated after the offending article was removed.

Morgus

Noory's pal Billy Mumy dressed up in 1957 as Zorro, just like Noory claimed he did as a little kid in the 50s:
