George Noory Sucks! - The Definitive Compendium

Started by MV/Liberace!, April 06, 2008, 12:23:02 AM

Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

No
No
Is Jorch unable to pronounce the word "powerful" because of someone else's deformed tongue? He keeps saying "parfil".

Tommy really needs to put this on Jorch's 3x5 cards:  /ˈpou(ə)rfəl/  Powerful

He tried that.  It came out "Poo... uhhh... rough falafel"

"Powerful is one of his "problem words." The odd thing is that he continues to use it nightly, and even in his prerecorded commercials for quack products, instead of using another word.

I guess they are so hard up for guests that they are going back to the 2012 nonsense-
Betsey Lewis, will discuss her latest work on transformational events taking place on Mother Earth according to the 13 Indigenous Grandmothers of the world. According to the 'Star People,' we live in a time that will herald the "Galactic Dawn"-- a mass awakening of humanity to our cosmic origins and intergalactic relationships.

"13 Indigenous Grandmothers" sounds like the crap fake Native American Robert Ghostwolf used to pull out of his butt i.e. "The Lost Boys tribe," "Holder of the sacred drum," etc.

I am almost embarrassed for that dumb twat that made up "13 Indigenous Grandmothers" It's just new agey keywords. Throw some together and sell it to the gullible masses. "The Native Grandfather's satchel of wisdom will be open to the great winds and feed the chakra of the hybrids butthole yada yada yada money books coast to coast appearances. Its nonsense.
It amazes me how all of  these new age  charlatans meet in one conference and are still able to make eye contact with one another. They all know they are liars and are in a room full of crooks, and yet they still pretend. They are all crooks and have absolutely no conscious. It must be miserable. I know I couldn't do it.

If I lived near one I also would, almost, want to attend of these conferences. Just to see the people. It must a really bizarre crowd. One of my faves was in Vegas and was named something along the lines of "Mind Control Summit" with several of the paranoid guests featured. I wonder if they made $ though. Wouldn't the "mind controlled" and the paranoids not wish to travel to a large city (where cameras are EVERYWHERE) to a conference :o but, maybe, their "handler" implanted memories to make them attend?

These conferences make a ton of money. You get the opportunity to spew your bullshit on a show like coast to coast once and you are in. Its books and conferences, show appearances, speaking engagements. These fuckers clean up at these conferences. They prey on the dumb and weak minded. Its a weird circle of shit.

Izintit?

If anybody wants to hear Putin lover Stephen Cohen being smacked down, here is a debate he took part in with Gary Kasparov and a couple others:
http://www.cbc.ca/radio/ideas/the-new-russian-front-1.3042616

I personally thought the debate was based on a false premise of their only being two choices, but, they don't often speak to the topic.

For anybody listening, Renowned Russian journalist Vladimir Pozner says at the beginning that Britain and France refused to join with the Soviet Union to stop Germany in the 1930s, leading Stalin and Hitler to sign their 'peace' accord.  I don't know if this is true.  In the middle 1930s the Soviets allowed the German military to train in parts of the Soviet Union to get around the restrictions on the German military in the Versailles treaty.

Argh. Hate the CBC and BBC for needing flash-player and streaming and not just a simply download in, say mp3. Sounds like an interesting show. USSR was against the Munich Agreement (that Brits/French were ok with) that gave Germany the Sudetenland (parts of Czechoslovakia)

I'm mainly sticking to just Canucks games right now, although I've seen parts of the Rangers-Penguins series and the Senators-Canadiens series.  Once the Canucks lose tonight I'll be free to watch other games, though I'm mainly looking forward to the World Championship.  As 2nd rate a tournament as that is, it's still got to be better than next year's "World Cup."

Interesting the number of teams who scored a lot in the regular season who are being shut down now: Tampa Bay and Pittsburgh (though Pittsburgh's inability to score preceded the start of the playoffs.)  The Canucks, though not leaders in scoring, were likely in the top 10 and are also being shut down.

Yeah, I hope it is on tv here. My only "issue" with the international game is ice size so less hitting and no fights. I know, I know but fighting (or threat thereof) keeps people honest and self-regulates the game and lets out pent-up anger that could result is worse things (like cheap shots etc.) But, then again, I still love watching international hockey because you also get the country-spirit and rivalries. I'm a little down on allowing pros to play in Olympics etc but "that's progress" and, essentially, the Soviet Bloc guys were "pros" back in the day. Would still rather see our college kids etc play but whatever.

Yes. The Canucks were tied in 5th during the regular season for scoring, and actually well ahead of the Penguins. But, I'd assume the Penguins were near the top in scoring prior to the last 20 games of the season.

The Islanders amazingly enough were fourth in scoring have also been shut down, but, like the Penguins, their scoring also dried up towards the end of the season.

There are likely websites where you can stream the games online (illegally).  I'm not sure if I can mention the sites here.

Dateline

The only person Norry cares about is Norry.  Who would want to be around that?  That is probably why he is alone.

I had no idea that Dave did a bit-part in that HBO Rome mini-series.  Apparently he was the Keeng of Bithnia (sp):

or am I mistaken?

Noory has them on once or twice a month regularly now.
Noory probably gets a kickback from that site he promotes, since his face is plastered all over that site for endorsements...
