He played all three selections in a row (but switched the order of the first two) Leonard Cohen?  That's not just random chance.  He even made a point of mentioning one of them after it played.  Maybe he had let Linda in on the joke.

It would be funny to find out that Tommy can't stand Dave.  Secretly, he recognizes Dave for the buffoon that he is.  In the meantime, Tommy has to protect his paycheck so he plays for Davies team.

The only way I sometimes listen to current C2C shows is on youtube.
It kinda sucks though, because there's no bumper music.
Does anyone know a stream or DL place that has current shows (PM would be appreciated).

Sorry, but in case you haven't noticed Noory sucks so bad that all the stuff online is from Art's past shows. You are out of luck.

Joe Walsh is a HAM like Art. I never knew about his lifelong hobby until I saw Joe talk about it in a YouTube amateur radio channel I subscribe to. If Art manages to get back "on the air" he should make an effort to invite Joe on the show. I'm sure they'd have a lot in common to talk about, not to mention their shared love of music. I don't think Art has trashed too many hotel rooms, however.

Now, I'm no Bible scholar, but the last time I read the good book, it began with the statement that in the beginning, God created the heaven and the earth. How completely dumb can this fuckwit be to think that the statement that the universe has existed forever - i.e. had no creator, because had no moment of creation - is compatible with the statement that God created the universe?

Well, I listened to the news then turned it off.  Heading to bed now.  Too bad the Noorie didn't mention Nimoy's show, In Search Of.  That really got the ball rolling on a lot of stuff talked about on Coast.  Long John was before but In Search Of appealed to a mass audience. I shouldn't be surprised that the Noorie didn't mention it.  He never does anything right. RIP, Mr. Nimoy.

Great job Austin Fitts!  She's jabbering about how "lower gas prices" are helping a weak economy.  Now, I know she spends a lot of time here in CA and George fucking LIVES here and gas has gone up about a $1.20 in the past ten days!  Cheap gas?  You thought that was gonna last?  Nuts!

And of COURSE George doesn't "believe in" the Big Bang.  The work of the scientists he cites in the news item notwithstanding, George's SOP for science he doesn't like is to comb the bushes for people who agree with him and not allow any opposing view.  Or when people who do know science come on the program and openly oppose him, he never has any comment.  Because the goddam fool doesn't know what the FUCK he's talking about!

Listened to Moulton Howe last night -- first time I've listened to the program in some time -- and I noticed George didn't close the show with Art Bell as part of the credits.  How long has that been going on?
