George Noory Sucks! - The Definitive Compendium

Started by MV/Liberace!, April 06, 2008, 01:23:02 AM

Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

No
No

George Drooly

Tuned in for five minutes. Swore I heard George say that asteroids cause solar flares. Maybe he was thinking about hemorrhoids.

Seems like the last holdouts of those still listening to george are going quiet.

George must really suck, his dwindling ratings sure show it.

Juan

My internet connection was out for a few days, so I was forced to listen to sNoory.  His flirting interruptions of Catherine Austin Fitts were ridiculous.  I thought he had an orgasm at about the two minute mark. Too bad he didn't then go to sleep.

Mr. Fidget

I posted a subset of this poll at a few hundred votes earlier, and deleted it to wait on more data.
If I am to understand this correctly, the "biggest overnight AM radio show in the world" garners about 12.7 votes per state, per hour.

If I advertised on C2C, I'd ask for a discount.

Art could have gotten more polling participation if he wrote the poll on a napkin, and left it with a note to his waitress... asking "what she thought." She'd put it on her twitter, the fb, & strawpoll it... it would "go viral" yeilding more info than this poll ever could.

This is how NOT to conduct market research:

The world is changing.

Should the subject of Coast to Coast be primarily:
a balance of the two  55.97%  (1,429 votes)

paranormal  22.05%  (563 votes)

world events (such as conspiracies, wars, one-world government, etc.)  21.97%  (561 votes)

Total Votes: 2,553

Six likes on Facebook for this poll. Brilliant of the C2C obliteration marketing team! It has been demonstrated that very few listeners care, and those who do are answering THIS poll. I likened it to a cattle chute leading to slaughter, and I stand by that. Here is what I think destroyed C2C: http://bellgab.com/index.php?topic=6245.0

Congratulations in advance to BG for 3M views on this thread, aka. 3 million reasons for Clear Channel to clear the decks at Coast to Coast AM, and hire some talent. Here is a poll of my own: http://strawpoll.me/2078031

No the poll question is all that is wrong with c2c, it's too political.
I can get a lot better political coverage elsewhere than Noory. Even fringe politics is covered better else where. Noory sucks no matter what ropic he is covering.

The vote total is a sign of coasts shrinking audience, which can also be seen with the ease of calling in as well.

Of course Noory starts out tonight's show with the border situation.  Crap, it's covered endlessly during the day.  Just what exactly is The Nooron going to add?  Nothing, of course, other than misinformation, mispronunciation, and idiocy.

You are correct.  Jorch sucks no matter what he covers, though.

I want to say with one exception every caller into C2C with Ms.Fitts was elderly and on a fixed income. It was a little scary/sad to listen to these desperate, elderly women try to get financial advice from a late-nite huckster show that is now C2C. Although she had some ok advice sometimes, I hope they talk with their family and a real financial planner and don't make rash moves based on George's admonitions and advice.

Says:

By the time Noory was 11 years old, he mapped out his destiny in the field of broadcasting.

"At a young age I figured out that broadcasters are the only people who get others to talk to them," says Noory

Coast is dying because- as I stated pages ago-technology has provided no proof of aliens visiting here from the Pleiades,no videos/ photos of Bigfoot, nothing but poor attempts at fakery .Remember how some of you went ga-ga over the obviously phony "alien autopsy"? Art knew how and when to ask questions during an interview. Portal George just lets the hoaxers blather on until the half- hours breaks. GNS

News isn`t news until he adds his touch of misinformation, mispronunciation and idiocy. It`s the George Noory "stamp".

That's because they know our technology has vastly improved in recent years and they're taking appropriate countermeasures.

I thought the most depressing moment came earlier, when she said people in their 70's who haven't saved enough should "learn how to garden".

LAM4:2

I only listen to Noory for about 15 minutes  and when I do I wear ear plugs. LOL , the only reason I tune in is because my AM radio only picks up his station and newsradio.

That's true, but I believe this photo strongly suggests that Bigfeet may very well have mated successfully with humans.

I have a feeling that woman smells like a dirty, damp basement.

I was surprised to see that she's only 59 - I would have thought at least 75 from the photo.

Yeah, that was pretty brutal. Though I agree with her, to an extent, gardening can be good exercise for the elderly and certainly having your own home-grown tomatoes (or whatever) can save money and be healthier. But, yeah, she seemed a little too pollyanish that someone in their 70's will start "networking", growing their own garden with enough food to feed themselves, and find a new cheap place to live (though she claims you can get a cheap apartment in some small town in Kentucky, or was it Tennessee, where she lives.)

No sh@#!!!!!  What the hell???  Lady, are you SERIOUS????  That's the best advice you can offer?  :o

Mike.

tonight's show
1am - 5am ET
10pm - 2am PT
Illegal Immigration/ Merlin Project Updates
Wed 07-09
First Half: Six continent world bicycle traveler, journalist and teacher, Frosty Wooldridge will discuss his work campaigning against illegal immigration and the ramifications of adding 100 million people to the U.S. population by 2035.

2nd Half: Futurist Paul Guercio and physicist George Hart share updates from their Merlin Project, which tracks trends for current events, prominent business people, politicians and celebrities.

My predictions... 1. This show will be a "headbanger". 2. We'll be wishing "Frosty"had melted during his six continent tour.

McPhallus

You know that had to be one desperate Bigfoot.

Mr. Fidget

It's a scientific survey to find the most popular affirmative. No, it's a reading comprehension test. No, it's more than you can handle. No, it's the solution to the GNS enigma. No, it's the end of the world. No, it's just another cheap shot at the easiest target on the radio. No, it' snot. No, mucus. No, whey for noorybetics,... just a poll.

My fire them all poll:

http://strawpoll.me/2078031

One vote, choose all that apply. Just takes a second.
Congratulations BG on 3M+ reasons to "fire them all."

Thursday's survival stories show should have at least one segment to tell the tale of the C2C listeners who survived the show's fiery crash at the hands of Jorch "Burned Flapper Thing" Noory.

Hola Soldier!

Did you hear the US Army is bringing back Jungle Survival course? Weird move in my opinion. Makes ya wonder what they are preparing for?

Hmmm. This start a year ago. Though the "rebalancing" was talked about well before...
http://www.armytimes.com/article/20130604/NEWS/306040004/Hawaii-unit-re-establishing-jungle-warfare-school

"The 25th Infantry Division is resurrecting the Army’s jungle school as it returns to its roots of fighting and moving in the jungle. The Hawaii-based division has been regionally aligned with U.S. Pacific Command as part of the Defense Department’s rebalance toward the Asia-Pacific region, and the Army’s effort to align its units with regional combatant commands around the world."

I can't imagine that we would be thinking/planning a war of this type in the Asian theater. They have too many troops! And, despite our superior training even, I don't think America is ready for a war of this type (even if we managed to get more and more troops from other countries' immigrants.) If it ever came to it we would need to rely on economic, technological, naval, space, (or even nuclear and bio) to fight it. Not infantry and troops on the ground.

For awhile there it seemed to be a lot of "urban" training that had some of the more conspiratorial amongst worrying about some future operation here at home. I'm guessing this training maybe is explained in expanding our AFRICOM operations into more of the "Black Africa" regions (as opposed to the more current operations in "Arab Africa"? Or Central/South America operations?
-(just to keep theme on thread) GNS!

ps: what about using our troops to help contain the spread of Ebola in the near future? That might require these skills (in addition to the training in use of Chem/Bio suits, body-bags, Decontamination tents, etc.)

Was it Vincent or Phil? Imissed the experiment but it`s cool that you participated with such good results. The guest had an even creepier laugh than Noory.

Thank you for the correction! It was Phil Kava! I need to try and edit my post. Vincent was a bore. Anyway, Phil has YouTube vids where he conducts the same experiment (or so he said on the show). You should give it a try! Hopefully my post won't affect your results either way.
