Ahh yes, A jorch sighting.

Merry Christmas to the long time horrible Radio host Gnoory.

May his suckage be less next year.

Yes, from the Grinch who stole C2C.

Can't be.  The Grinch had a change of heart at the end (spoilers, I know...)  I don't see that happening to old Georgie boy.

...us science-minded folks will dismiss the idea that we're alone in the snap of a finger ... entirely on faith. But if someone suggests that we are possibly the only intelligent life in the universe, it's seen as ridiculous by the science-minded....

I think alot of scientifically-minded folks think it's entirely possible we're the only advanced life in the cosmos.  We suspect due to the universe's mind-boggling size and age and common elements/chemistry that there is likely some other life somewhere, but keep an open mind about it.

Evolution makes alot of sense but the actual spark of life that started it all is still elusive and mysterious.  Maybe this is the only place it happened, maybe it is that rare.  Like they say, whether this planet has the only life in the cosmos, or whether life is common throughout - either result is remarkable in it's own way.

Hey George all the best to you from one fellow human to another.  Ok, got that out of my system (that rum-heavy egg nog must have made me momentarily sentimental).  Back to being a meanie.

Ah, a cute little critter like you can't be a meanie.  A hater, sure, but not a meanie.  ;)

Hey George, I think you should address this:

I recently made one of your so-called "snack recipes". In particular, I made the one where you place guacamole on Ritz crackers. They were terrible so I fed them to my elderly bulldog, Trixie, and she got explosive fucking diarrhea all over the house

There is no universe, dimension or circle of hell in which this is not funny.  Imam, you kill me with this stuff :D

Then he placed his hand upon his gas-station turkey sandwich, saying, “Even though I have enough money to eat cavier-coated lobsters that shit gold, I still eat these. G SHIT!”

I didn't listen to the past couple of shows, but I'm sorry that I missed the wild sNoorge sighting today!   Tammy wanted me to tell him that he was able to get the turkey sammitches for tonight, but Meatless MacDougal scared him so he went to the gas station in disguise:

Yeah, it's a lot like what Oprah does.

Rosemary Ellen Guiley

Guiley present work focuses interdimensional entity contact experiences of all kinds, technological and mediumistic spirit communications, spiritual growth and development, problem hauntings, and “portals,”  or geographic areas of intense paranormal activity.

Christian evangelist John Ankerberg criticized Guiley's understanding of intuition (as she described it in Harper's Encyclopedia of Mystical and Paranormal Experience â€" "intuition invariably proves to be right"), saying that with beliefs like those, rational thinking and spiritual discernment are often discarded.

Or maybe Guiley is just trying to sell as many books as possible?

I love how this privileged white woman lauds the wonders of angels but once she touches on a Middle-Eastern variation --- i.e. the Djinn --- they're suddenly "vengeful" and have "hidden agendas."

Even that Guinea pig she is holding is white.

To quote George Noory, "typical."

George you should call her out on her implicit racism and Eurocentric cultural imperialism. Why are European, white angels all love, light and fluff but their swarthy, mustached, unibrowed Middle Eastern brothers --- djinn --- "vengeful" and operating with "hidden agendas"?

We don't need this intolerant bullshit on late-night radio, George.

Why is it that the djinn have "hidden links" to such nefarious things as "Shadow People, ETs, Nephilim, Archons, Reptilians" but angels and faeries don't, Rosemary? In the Bible, God makes women sacrifice doves because they menstruate (the woman, not the doves). And the Bible is our main source of knowledge about angels. Doesn't it make more sense that angels have these nefarious connections to underworld beasties, rather than the djinn?

According to Islamic lore, the djinn are simply fat, lazy catlike spirits who hate Mondays and prefer lasagna over other foods. Yet you're going to insinuate they're somehow reptiles? Fuck out of here!

Insensitive shit.

This is just what I would expect a nefarious djinn to post and play the race card. Ever notice djinn and disinformation both start with D? There are no coincidences.

As I understand it, a pure science would have no need of using the term "definitively", at all. The best it could hope for would be a satisfactorily high degree of predicting the occurrence or nature of a specified phenomena. Having said that, there is always a presupposition in science that the laws which govern a given locale are the same which govern another locale, provided the prevailing conditions are the same. There is no such thing as absolute certainty --- nor should there be --- but this is an unavoidable presupposition science must have, albeit one with finds confirmation in the limited capacity we have to test it. And if that presupposition is valid, and the cosmos is as vast as it seems to be, and the amount of earth-like planets are as frequent we can reasonably guess, then how could the position that there is other intelligent life out there be fundamentally different from the position that any locally observable phenomena will likely occur elsewhere, provided the conditions/laws of that area are reasonably equivalent?

While it's philosophically true that even the most fundamental laws of physics should always be open to revision and question, they are not nor were they ever intended to be dogmatic, there is one difference. You can look out into the universe and see other galaxies, stars within them, pulsars, calculate their mass and observe the effects of their gravity, and so on. In order for those things to exist the laws of physics in that local area must be identical to our own, if they weren't a star wouldn't function, galaxies wouldn't behave as they do, etc. In other words you have a very large sample to look at across many different locales, and the same laws of physics have always been observed.

With life, you've got only one known planet hosting it, and that planet has only produced one intelligent species in its 3 billion year history of life.

The argument breaks down in that you can't really judge much from a sample of one either way. But you can reasonably judge from a sample of hundreds of billions of observable galaxies all behaving in a manner consistent with our local conditions. But you're right, you could never be 100% absolutely certain.

Only 1 minute until the secret snoore.

Have a great Christmas everyone !

Snoorefoot is on the air !

This was always my favorite Djin or Djinie as may be.  Maybe Rosemary or Santa can help me get one of these.  It would definitely make life more interesting.

Where did this dirge-like version of Frosty the Snowman come from?

It's kinda funny and sad how Rosemary has to explain to Snoory why angels have names. lol

Ha Ha!  We have Ed Dames chirping "Its beginning to look a lot like Doomsday."  "Buckle up George my friend for a wild ride in 2014."  George replies:  "Merry Christmas to you too, Ed."

About 5 years ago Barbara was featured in a senior magazine and she still looked good at 75. My girlfriend says guys didn't like I Dream of Jeannie for no other reason that it had a sexy blonde in it.
The show was funny and the other night Ted Cassidy appeared as an older Djinn trying to cut off Paul Lynde's head and continually missing.
Then there was Bob Denver as an inept beginning genie.
The show was a sexier version of Bewitched.
Barbara did a book tour not too long ago too. The show was cute and silly and it was the reason ( other than Barbara ) why I liked it.
I kept waiting for Santa to bring me someone who looked like Barbara. Guess he doesn't deliver blondes.
:(

As an aside why does it always come down to angels with $noorge ?

Do they come back as a dog, for example ?

Yes, $noorge, Bently the dog from Batchelor Father is back along with his handler, Samee Tong.

Sheesh.

Next will be the Taco Bell dog back from the grave.

And I was pronounced dead twice and saw no angels, yet this woman sees them all the time.
Must cause problems for her with all that light in trying to drive at night.

Yes Djinie was a great show and very funny.  Here is a picture of Barbara Eden from May 2013 at an event where Bill Clinton was the host.  Barbara is 78 now.  Ah I miss the 90s when we could all crack Bill Clinton jokes while we sat around and listened to Art Bell every night.  It was a golden decade.

Barbara and Stella Stevens are why I always faunched after blondes. I kept winding up with brunettes except once.
My Mother was also a blonde as was I until I turned 14 and my hair turned brown almost overnight.
I kept wondering just where that island was where Tony found the bottle and wondered if there were any others lying around waiting to be found.
Barbara was discovered in San Francisco too. I always wanted to meet her. Closest I ever got was meeting Loni Anderson when she was touring the country on a promotional calendar tour for charity. She appeared at the shopping center where Nordstrom is in downtown San Francisco back in the 1990s.
Loni is on my list of favorites too.
:)

I love this picture. The headline makes it look like the 3 below were attacked as well.
LOL.

Noory is the reason I go to old tv sites and watch stuff like Jack Benny, George Burns and the like. At least I laugh at some of the stuff, whereas Noory makes me feel like either crying over what he's done to the show or screaming if my voice worked right.
KNX1070 in L.A. used to play old radio dramas like Jack Benny, Burns and Allen, The Shadow, ...  Great radio.

I actually think Noory is improving lately. He often reads this board on his I-pad maxi, and I think he's sincerely taking our poignant suggestions to heart --- at least lately. I've found him to be more engaged with his interviewees, and the interviewees are of a far higher quality and caliber than they have been in the past five years. Not only that, but I've noticed a new joi de bieber in his speech patterns, as if he has got a second wind. George Noory, I applaud your recent efforts and wish you a happy, healthy Christmas!

Keep up the good work, bro! And long live C2C A.M.!
