Well, I'm guessing the fireworks are over. I find myself going to bed distrustful of GN and his motives. I can't see how he didn't know and I can't see how he wouldn't have done it on purpose. He didn't rectify it at all. Very unsatisfactory.

I admit I was hoping for more, and hoping to draw out at least something that made sense--he used to listen to me if I worded things diplomatically--but that did not happen. He just came across as lashing out and defensive and got his ass burned badly by Art Bell himself. I don't think GN wanted to calm down while he was here.

If we're lucky, Art will tell us if he got an email or not. That's pretty much the only loose end left. But even if we don't find out, it seems obvious that GN put himself in a worse position than he was yesterday. And that's saying a lot.

I will probably now take my leave as a regular poster for no other reason than I suspect there will be no more posts from the big guys, and over the last month I've put myself in serious danger of missing a deadline for something while I was fuckin' off with y'all.

In the end, I've learned one truth: Radio show hosts have no understanding of grammar.

There is still a whole LOT of information that is not being considered. I'm not defending anybody, but I  find the gutter talk and school-yard animus directed at GN more than a little disturbing.

For me, there are only two things that would satisfy me:

1) Noory apologizes very profusely to Art, during the show sometime this week. He needs to admit that he acted in revenge. AND he needs to state that he will never have Oates on the show ever again.

2) Noory "resigns" (gets fired), and we never hear from him again.

Wow I didn't realize Noory had been posting so much here this past month. I just caught up on most of it.
I said it years ago, but George, you really didn't come across as lazy, insincere, and generally uninterested (in the first 2-3 years you took over the show) as you do now.
Time and time again you would have the same guest on and appear to have not retained anything from the first 10 interviews.
It was blatantly apparent in your dialogue and not just the fact that you asked some of the same questions 'for new listeners.'

You dropped the ball increasingly over the years. I haven't listened to a show hosted by you for a very long time.
Browse the forum for reasons why people are extremely disappointed in your reign over the show.
If you had even a slight amount of competition over the last number of years, your show would be dead.

Disclaimer: I am not a bottom feeder; I don't see any reason to endlessly mock your pronounciation faux pas; and I don't live in a mud hut stealing my neighbor's internet. I also do not engage in constant ridicule of you or your show. I'm simply being real.

As there are no coincidences I vote you take this as a sign to stick around.  Get your stuff done, make your deadline- but keep posting occasionally.  I would kind of miss your posts if you just dematerialized and got lost in the pattern buffers.

He KNOWS it was  not a shot at him...for 11 years I have done everything I could for him. Things you aren't even aware of...which includes defending him from that fraudulent philipino letter, supporting him at public events, getting an immigration attorney for his new wife...understanding his grief. Why in God's name would I want nothing but the best and happiness for him.

IT WAS SETTLED..no one...and I mean NO ONE told us other wise.

1.  Obviously Art proved beyond a doubt tonight that he does NOT know it wasn't a shot at him.  So that can't be true.

2.  Obviously you do not know who Art believed to be responsible for that Philippines letter...or do you?

3.  A few weeks ago, live on the air, you said that you offered to give Art the name of an attorney to help with Airyn's immigration problem, and he told you no.  Now you say that you got an attorney for her.  Were you "mistaken" then, or are you "mistaken" now?

4.  Could it be that NO ONE told you otherwise because you couldn't be bothered with a courtesy call or email to the ONLY person that mattered in this?  Art said tonight that he's never had an email from you about Oates.
