Can Noory pronounce anything correctly?

Then quickly schedule a “tribute” show, consisting of Norway skipping out early, with a playback of a Davenport call-in and UFO Phil tribute. GNS sucks.  :P

"Tonight, a special tribute to Peter Davenport, plus, Secret Door! Here - on Coast to Coast AM. Don't go away!"

(Hey, Tommy. I'm getting tweets saying I pronounce Can 'O Biss and Bruh TAN yuh in a funny and affected manner. I just don't get it. Haters and losers at bellgab again.)

Punnett who it is obvious has more than a little contempt for Noory's Sad Pack finally had enough and attacked Mike the Millennial in a very uncomfortable lecture/diatribe thinly disguised as 'advice'. He then followed up with a shorter similar spiel with Cornelius.

He all but told Mike to piss off and don't call when he's on. Essentially he told Mike to GET A LIFE. He told him he was full of shit about all these young people who listen to Coast Mike claims exist is just a false pretense he uses to call in - Coast has few young listeners and Mike is a weirdo. He accused him of hijacking the show to do his own little show, which is very true, Mike isn't interested in asking questions, he wants to get on the air and repeat whatever he's found online about topics in the news - last night it was Eddie Van Halen, I would guarantee that 2 days ago Mike the Millennial couldn't name a VH song. Ian couched all this as encouraging Mike to follow his dreams, do his own podcast, 'you've got the chops man' but he was really telling him he's pathetic and to stop calling in, that he was on to Mike's shtick, said when he sees Mike is one of the callers on his screen queued up he knows exactly how the call is going to unfold and it is irritating.

Poor Ian, a few minutes later and it's Cornelius and he told ol' Corny 'what I just told Mike the same goes for you' telling him to do his own podcast. He said many callers to radio talk shows do end up in the biz which is true. I feel the same way towards these people, a little empathy but much more contempt. And this is what you get with a no talent host like Noory,
he's so disinterested in doing a good show he becomes a magnet for the lonely shut-ins in his audience. Coast isn't a local show,  people like Louise aka Cleopatra reincarnated and Annie with her rambling idiocy should have no place on a nationally broadcast radio program. Oddballs are welcome but these people are all boring as fuck oddballs.

Why do the same callers ALWAYS get through, every show, like clockwork? You’d think their call screeners would insure they didn’t. Totally rigged softball that would piss off any intelligence above room temp.  ::)

“Come on guys, yeeewww don’t like my non-challenging, boring, weirdo regulars?  It works for me!”

Gyoza Girl

I find "Mike the Millennial" annoying too, but isn't Ian Punnett the host who asks Open Lines callers, "Where are you taking us?"

I don't know how he can ask that question and then scold Mike for "taking the wheel."

(Get you paws off my mike, you damned dirty Mike!)

Ian retweeted a comment about his treatment of "Mike the Millennial" last night:

God Clyde Lewis is a stooge, he has Richard C Hoagland on and buys every ridiculous thing Richard shits out of his mouth.

Hoagland has this physicist who had an acclaimed career now as his wingman -  even PhD physicists can be kooks, they both believe that sars-cov-2 virus is of extraterrestrial origin.

Hoagland is my favorite charlatan.

I get how some threads derail or get confused. But this is easy. There are specific threads for Norway. Ian. Syrett, Clyde, Alex, Art, RCH, Rense, JBW, and Heather, Deacon so on. When the main show is that host, or show, post there. When they are guest on other show post there. Fairly simple, even though the whole deal is, often, seemingly crazy of shared guests, fueds, recriminations, slander, and  rehashing same stories and subjects. Or just sucks...

Are Corny and Mike the Millennial and the rest of the sad pack getting their own threads?

When Mike gets his own show (as Ian suggests.) Yes. If show is worth commenting at all. Corny should have during next campaign for sheriff or if "his case" gets taken up by Congress or Trump. Or actually pressed by Jorch Norway.

\answered for our friend.

The Sad Pack get on because Tommee knows they are safe.  Less actual call screening for him.

Yep.  No thinking required.

Yes, they are safe, but do they wear a  mask and social distance.

Never heard anybody host a radio show as badly as Connie Willis. She also shamelessly shills her membership website which probably has 6 paying members. No other weekend host shills like she does. She should be on Onlyfans selling self shot porn.

I only remember GravitySucks and Paladin liking Willis but they only wanted her body. ;D

Yes, I have heard the same about Norry from various posters.   :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

Morgus

I recognize the caller on Clyde Lewis' Ground Zero right now, its regular c2cam caller "Walt" the ultra-skeptic, that always says "with all due respect to your guest"
Walt revealed he is 69 years old and said he and Noory are about the same age and they could be Clyde's dad - Clyde said he is 56...  ;D

Did the guest just insist that we did not know the above COVID-19 information in MARCH ?

Noory does deserve some credit for presenting a contrarian point of view
for this program while raising many timely pertinent questions on point.

Mike the millennial just called in and sounds like he did not take any of Ian's advice!

Dang it. I missed the train wreck. Probably for the best.

Wait a second.

I feel a turn coming on.

(pause)

Mike is a stupid narcissistic bucket of aids infested shit blowhard.

Please excuse. I am channeling my inner Eddie Coyle. Proceed:

Ultimately, I can't blame Mike or any of the para-pack.

It is the driver(s) of the pathetic clown bus.

It is similar to my getting fed up with that goddamn UFO Phil crap, or that caller describing (lying and fake laughing) the man getting beaten up by the women with the umbrellas.

It is like how I projectile vomit when they play that shitty Allman Bro's "Jessica" fucking AGAIN. AND AGAIN. AND AGAIN.

Coast is a disease that defecates on Art Bell's grave on a near nightly basis.
(Put THAT in your mercy fuck top right corner. I goddamn dare you.) Fucking LOOK AT COAST. It's a parody of itself - a cancerous earworm excuse of a talkshow.

Often, I'm ashamed for even tuning in and would be better off spiritually by watching med students carving up their practice corpses.

Great job, Noory! Keep riding the motherfucking radio  train into darkest oblivion. You clueless jackass.

"Millenial Mike."

God fucking help us all.

Tonight, George interviewing the curse/spell guest sounds like he is checklist interviewing Tanya Roberts for Tahiti Village. Sickening. Beyond fucked up and lazy.

(P.S. someone tell Connie Willis to quit it already with the stoned chuckling. It is like listening to Judy Garland's liver, for chrissakes. Images of a puppeteered liver are not pretty. I speak from painful vision quest experiences.)

(pause)

(P.P.S. Thanks for the walk-in, Eddie. But please, a little more warning next time.)

(P.P.P.S. You're welcome, Cam. Anytime. Fuck you, buddy.)

“I got this.  It’s been real.”

I tell you what. I'm spent. A husk of my former self. A destitute vessel.

Channeling is dangerous business.

I'm going to need half an orange and a squeeze bag of Gatorade by IV drip.

Stat.

(flat lining)

there's a reason for the neverending carousel of dippy women peddling woo on the show, they and their subject matters are inane and that is Noory's strong suit, he is on their level and he can spend 2 hours asking idiotic questions without taxing his seldom used brain. His obsession with babies is fucking creepy, there's always a baby question,  tonight's was 'Can you put a curse on a baby?'

He wrapped up the show again with some words of comfort for a troubled world and played out with an uplifting song he called 'The most important song I've heard in a long time'  It was 'Somewhere There's A Place For Us' from the 1950's Broadway musical West Side Story.

God never made a bigger idiot. Seriously.

I see your good point. Perhaps the/a dividing line between quality and crap is whether or not he honestly TRULY cares about a topic and wants some real  answers versus his weird soft pitch questions to forgettable guests as he feigns curiosity.  Or even softball questions to GOOD guests, but he isn't genuinely interested in interviewing them so it all comes across as unnatural sound bytes.

Whatever it is. It's killing me.

George Noory is putting a curse on me every time he breathes into a microphone.

He needs to act more like he did when he called into the gabcast way back when. I think that would help. A newly revealed but authentic tone.

Right now there is so god awful much painful carny barking and product pitching.

Too bad Dave Norway has a boss that doesn’t think the job is more than just showing up and playing lame Edgar Allan Poe readings.
