Guys and gals, I shit you not but when I was watching that livestream the other day of the DOJ announcing the continuation of their Russia diversion one of the comments I saw fly by in the chat was “Have you seen what they’re saying over on BG?!” I assume they were talking about us. We’re that important. :)

These people have no sense of humor.  Amy should have begun her speech with “I hereby overturn Roe. Vs. Wade.,” and laughed her head off. Heads would have exploded even though her words would have no legal effect at all.

Anyone else receive this letter?  I did the other day and thought it was odd and somewhat Orwellian. Nothing illegal, I thought, but strange. And hard to find out who is funding this effort and what their real goals are. But it would appear it is link, via some cut-outs, to the DNC or their supporters and I guess is not a new scheme.

How funny we don't see that stuff here but I guess TX is considered "in play".  All public record of course but I imagine some independent-minded Texans' ODD would be triggered and they would not vote out of defiance or spite, while the conformist types might well be intimidated into voting -- there is some psychology at the bottom of it.

There is a lot of money coming in trying to flip Texas and that is why the election(s) are pretty contentious here. The thought is that the urbanization, migration from California/NY etc, and "browning" of population will be able to flip some seats, maybe even take the State House. There also are some big companies who are advocating for the yuuuge bond package the city leaders want.  Opponents say it will raise property taxes by %20, advocates (City Council members and some large construction companies) say we need more public transit- with the same straight face they tell us not to be going out, socially distance, and avoid crowds but want mass transit.  ;)
Then there was this event last night.  Security guard should get a talking-to.

"culprits also wrote anti-voting sentiments on the walls of the library.....which is an early voting site."

In addition to defying credulity, Dorsey is looking so douchey with that long beard. Jezus, somebody get him some clippers up in there.

It's fucking hilarious how much these 3 guys are blaming the "algorithms"

Not hilarious so much as just very, very sad. SMH

No letter here, yet.  I’m only enduring all the crap commercials about how someone named “We” wants you to vote.  Which really means “We know you’re a crazy, lazy dem supporter who needs to get off your butt, shut off the tube, put down the Cheetos, and vote for CommieLa.”

Algorithms.  It’s always the algorithms.

"We" is probably followed by Chang, Wang, Lui, Zhang and "We" is some CCP connected Chinese oligarch who wants Biden and the Dems elected so he can advanced Party goals and increase his fortunes.

Most people are surprised to find their voter registration/record is public domain information.

Voted today.  Perhaps it was some COVID restrictions but I've never seen such a lack luster display of stumping outside the polling place.  Usually there are a pack of people for both of the major parties handing out voting guides and what not.  Along with any number of individuals stumping for local offices.  There were two people sitting in the Biden tent playing with their phones, two in the Trump tent actually offering out stuff and some man bun that was running for soil and water conservation supervisor.  That was it.

Also hardly anyone was voting - breezed right on thru.

So, were you able to vote for Xi then? ???

I wonder when the peace sign will become a symbol of hate. I really do.
