One also notes that the their media narrative is one of how the Federal Government (Trump is Federal government in their twisted minds) hasn't done enough and how democracy, a federal republic, a bicameral legislature, local control, state rights, and even individual rights are to be blamed.  Autocratic regimes are praised for, supposedly, stopping this virus. How great it would be if only we had some leader than could quarantine anybody, anywhere at will! Or worse.

And- oddly- note now central control over US citizens individually is demanded and when Trump and honest lawyers say "hold on, I don't have the legal ability to do...." "your governor or legislators should...." or "Congress should....." it is pushed back and criticized. -

Stop all churches, meetings, business, and travel." - from the same people who formerly said anybody- no matter how criminal, no matter how ill, no matter where from- should be able to come to the US and that any borders or checkswere very bad. They could hide out in churches. Could hide in Democrat sanctuary cities. Get free 'stuff.' Get let out of jail because illegal status, even for violent crime.  But because they were illegals, minorities, or refugees.

When it comes to curtailing American people, companies, or workers it is an opportunity and good thing. Nobody- is talking about borders or immigrants, especially their mainstream media, but even elsewhere. NOW movement control is for US citizens, and apparently not many have trouble with that. I'm saying the measures aren't wise but zero questions and pushback and people leveraging for politics- not safety. And why no talk about homeless, illegals, and refugees- are they self-quaranting? Who is checking them for viruses and other illnesses?

I posted the following on FB today just to piss off some of my relatives. 

Democrats, as the party of manufactured outrage and self-serving dissent, are redoubling their efforts in their campaign of lies, obstructionist maneuvering and cheap political tricks in the run-up to the November election.   Pelosi’s shameful attempt to lard the Phase I Relief Package with all sorts of items on the rad-lib’s wish list is the latest example of the Dem’s wanton subordination of the safety of U.S. citizens to their socialist agenda.  Most of the totally unrelated and superfluous expenditures that she wanted to include didn’t make it into the bill but some did, most notably 25 mil for the Kennedy Center.  While this is down from the 75 million Nancy proposed, as far as I know the building remains  asymtomatic of COVID-19 infection and there are no plans to use it in connection with ongoing efforts to contain the spread of the virus or treat it’s victims.

I do understand that the above was a sop to the Dems as an expedient to getting the bill passed but it set the stage for more Democrat attempts  at larding follow-on legislation with socialist wet dream items which Pelosi is already busily working on.  Trump should have vetoed the bill which was supposed to address our national emergency and not to serve as a vehicle for enactment of rad-lib legislation that would otherwise be defeated.  The time it might have taken to send the bill back to Congress for deletion of such bogus items or to override the veto would be insignificant in comparison with the time Pelosi spent delaying enactment of the legislation for political purposes in the first place.  Count me disappointed.

Big Liberal music star criticizes Soros, and associated hedge funds and investment groups for profiteering during Corona-Chan. As if anybody should be surprised that someone of Soro's ilk would try to profit from a crisis.  ;)

In Corona-Chan thread I briefly speculated about the odd congruence of Corona-Chan and the Census. Well I finally got the official PAPER census form today. I know technically (
13 U.S. Code § 221) one must answer all questions. And, apparently, there is some case law with regard to people fighting it (they lose) but, from what I can see, not many are actually fined or sanctioned for not doing so. I have a problem with the government wanting so much information. 

Why can't they just use tax information or, better yet, voter registration to come up with the numbers? I don't see why illegals, prisoners, etc should be counted anyway. I know they want number high for apportionment (even if they can't vote themselves) and for more government give-away programs.  But now, even under this Corona-Chan crisis, are they really going to send out minions out to knock on your door if you don't fill out the forms? Or if you only provide what I would assume the only real Constitutional data (number of people?) Why do they need to know names? Ages? Race (they note in bold- "Hispanic is not a race?")

Bullshit!  When do you think was the last time Nutty Nancy or any of her crew fed the poor, took in a homeless person, visited a prisoner or even cracked a Bible?     (Now she wants to let the prisoners out so they can visit you.)  Democrats are devoted to the gospels of St. Karl and St. Vladimir and  Pelosi is an evil bitch and colossal hypocrite.  She and her family have been abusing power and exploiting tax payers for generations.

The Supreme Court is allowing people to listen into oral arguments and doing them by conference call. A toilet flush was heard on the call. Unclear what party or Justice did the flush. RGB also was allowed to conference from her deathbed the hospital.
