Uh oh.  You just pissed off Social Justice Kitten.

[attachimg=1]

I weighed my comment against the likely backlash from Kitty-lovers everywhere and figured that, cat-lovers not being in my peer group, I didn't really care :)

I will say that I had originally planned to ask if there were a bamboo crate of similar dimensions for three tons of dogs.

No worries.  I'm a cat person, but didn't take any offense because very little is so sacred to me that I can't laugh about it.  That kitten picture cracks me up (mainly because I know a few people like that and wouldn't mind seeing them jammed into a crate), and I've been waiting for an excuse to post it.  Cheers!

I thought New Yorkers were supposed to be tough  ??? .  Defeated by a bit of weather?

I have suffered through the winters here the last 30 years of my life. I've had quite enough.

Twice today I was cut off in small NorCal Hipster Town traffic. Both vehicles were Subarus with COEXIST bumperstickers. Sometimes, even the world's best weed can't make me like this place.

I'm also thinking about a feminist remake of Caddyshack called Cattyshack, starring Lena Dunham.

Now that is aneurysm material.

The irony.  Doesn't sound like they are doing very well at this whole co-exist thing.

Why is the explosion of gay bars catering to men on the down-low weather news?
In NYC who cares anymore?

ISIS.

They are quite irksome.

I can see Hollyweird cramming in Ms. DeGeneris as the dancing golf course caretaker.  Oh, joy.

I actually was at a movie yesterday and had the excrutiating pleasure of seeing the preview for the 7th Fast & Furious.  Just how many brain-dead 14 year old males are there?

COEXIST is dirty hipster slang for DealWithIt.

This is just the kind of cinamatography excellence Fast and Furious 3 to 6 director Justin Lin will bring in his new role of Star Trek 3 director.  Personally I would have added an F-22 Raptor, an Apache helicopter, and a black stallion (for the ladies) to the scene above, but what do I know?

I have seen little real world evidence to support your claim.

Well we wouldn't want to rip off Live Free or Die Hard, now would we?

In CA those are suggestions, usually meant for other people to follow.

There's that, and also I should have probably watched the trailer before posting my comments.  Why have fighter jets when you can have skydiving cars. ::)

Yet, there's part of me that thinks it's awesome.

42 inches of snowfall in the past week, with another 10-15 due this Sun/Mon.

But here's what annoys me. I don't even mind shoveling. I can drink in the street while shoveling and the cops don't care, because I'm one of the few fuckers clearing a path.

Expecting another 14" to 20" or more of snow over the next 3 days.

You got the idea: when it snows make lemon... whisky... snow cones.

Ha!  Best reason ever for snow.  Your own frigid, yet private, French Quarter.  Just in time for Mardi Gras.  Breakout the beads and Hurricanes.

Hawaii's state income tax is worse than New York. Wow.
