Gilder Lehrman and American History Guys

I wanted to share two links to podcasts that I've found incredibly interesting. 

The Gilder Lehrman Institute records lectures from prominent historians on the topic of American history.  Unlike a lot of just simply recorded lectures, these are consistently clear and understandable.   You can search by preferred era.  I have listened to all of the early American podcasts, all of which are great.  But, the Civil War and more recent history ones might be of interest to some.

Also, BackStory with the American History Guys, have a more traditionally produced podcast.  Three funny historians riffing off a different topic... taxes, mother's day, Thanksgiving, the census.  They take in recorded caller questions and comments, too.  It's a lot of fun.  Their podcast is downloadable for free on itunes (but it plays occasionally on some public radio stations, too.)
