Like many, I enjoyed the fact that Noory basically excommunicated Sylvia Browne from C2C after she refused to admit her mistakes regarding a mining accident.  When factual reports were available, Sylvia back peddled to align with the facts, which irritated George.  But why doesn't he enforce this on the myriad of shucksters and con artist guest who are obviously bilking the listeners. I.e., they are snake-oil sellers, not snake-oil believers.

I know, I know.  Plus, one show where Paglini did some predictions pre-Katrina, she had a boatload of hits.  Anyone running to invest in gold, silver, copper, zinc, lead, etc yet?

I actually don't find the Sago mining disaster to be as bad as everything else Browne has been wrong about.  It's the worst in the sense that it was a huge automatically bomb prediction that blew up in her face, but it seems that she's got mansions full of bombs like that, just not one's she's been automatically nailed by or about.

I find Paglinni to be very interesting, for some reason I can't quite put my finger on.  Perhaps it's that show she did about spirt sex w/ Art. 

Hit rate or not, EP is a hoot.  Though, I don't think you need to be psychic to say that there'll be fires in California.

     No, I really don't like her, especially because she's so dark, and because there are so, so many others out there they could have on to represent Wicca, witchcraft, paganism, non-oxynol 9. I've never understood why Art didn't find some upbeat, inspiring exemplar of the Craft to be his regular in this subject area and boot Paglini's wrinkly old ass to the curb. Just my opinion.

Like her or not Paglini seems to get it right more often than not. I didn't see that one with regards to the loser sci-fi fiasco but the wording on Snoorys part is the same. The one I saw was posted somewhere just a few weeks after he took over the show.

When I first saw that I knew this Idiot was a Loser, that was the worst thing he could have done and I'll bet his lawyer told him to keep his mouth shut after that one. To sue he would have to show a loss of income or if slander they would have to lies in my opinion. I have always wondered about this guy.  Do you notice he can crank out all those books about the 'after life' from info he has received from the spirits of dead people.  Lays everything out matter of fact chapter after chapter...page after page...book after book....But yet when he does a reading it is just small words or objects or names.  Even at that he will give a group of names or objects for the recipient of the reading to choose.  If he can only get bits and pieces how the hell can he write books with supposedly all the answers to the after life.

Obviously he doesn't communicate with the dead but I wonder if in his mind he thinks he does.  Or do you think he knows that he is a fraud.  One thing good I can say about him is that he seems like a nice person that is somewhat compassionate towards the people he does readings for.  He is always positive and reassuring but that is as far as I will go.

Does anyone notice the same cadence and mannerisms that Van Praag, John Edwards etc. have when they do their so called readings?   If they really communicated with the dead they sure could solve a lot of murder cases etc. etc.

So.....Do you think Van Praag really thinks he communicates with the dead or do you think he knows its all just an act and a way to make big $$$?

I am using voice to text at the moment on my android phone so if there are any errors i offer my apologies.

With those guys it seems to be the same thing every time. They sieze upon a certain letter of the alphabet and then begin rattling off names that start with that letter. Then the participant, or victim, as i like to call them, tries to recall the names of all deceased relatives who possessed a similar name. The psychic usually tosses around very common names that would trigger a response in most people. If the victim does not settle on any of the names tossed out by the psychic then the psychic leads the victim to believe that perhaps this is somebody they just simply are unaware of or are unable to recall. However this is never admitted to being a failure on the part of the psychic. Thats is a huge a red flag. The second huge red flag is the fact that all of these guys make a lot of money doing what they do. They are wealthy people is a result of what they do and they will be for the rest of their lives. I do not mean to suggest that all of these people are frauds liars and cheats. It's just that what they're doing needs to be proved otherwise i have to assume that they are not doing what they say they are doing because i myself am unable to do it and nobody i know is able to do it. That is a pretty good baseline for filtering out bullshit, of which there is usually plenty to go around among these guys. Also wasn't jonathan edwards proved to be cheating on his show? I thought there was some sort of hidden camera investigation where they showed he was being fed information from somebody backstage. Correct me on that if i am wrong. 1 piece of evidence jonathan edwards seems to offer up is the fact that his ears turn red when he does a reading. well then. it's a hard to argue with that kind of science. what in ass spelunker that guy is. I'm sure there are probably videos all over youtube to demonstrate how jonathan edwards was cheating. I'm going to go look for 1 right now as a matter of fact.
