Well, let's see.  The population of the US is 320 million.  The number of deaths at the Boston Marathon - from a couple of Moslem refugee ingrates - was three.

Right there it's 1 in 107 million, not 1 in 3.64 BILLION.  Unless you're using fuzzy math (in which case, never mind).  Of course there have been considerably more deaths from Moslem terrorists than that, not to mention severe injuries and plenty of destruction.  Unless there is some acceptable number of Americans killed by people we don't want or need coming here (in which case, again, never mind)
