"BREAKING?" This has been news for half a decade! Breaking, indeed!  I love the alarmist Democrats, but also on the other side, how everything known is 'breaking' in attempts to get clicks and spin things.

How does the conspiracy theory work when the President can't pardon for alleged State violations and SEC security fraud (which is usually Civil) if he is guilty and convicted or pleas to something? f it was DOJ than, maybe, this Texas Tribune, aka NPR, conspiracy theory might work. Obvious this guy was listening this morning to the radio!

Otherwise there is no Presidential Pardon, or commutation, possible for the offenses alleged- which aren't 'breaking' but known and reported on for years.
