. . . You've made you point . . .

Au contraire â€" we've barely begun!

[ You're just resentful that your #1 Boy, SESSIONS, is only #2 on such search-results, invalidating you! ;D ]

Party politics aside, Pence could get a bj from a drag queen looking like mother Theresa and get more respect. That idiotic simpering smirk he has whenever his leader so much as blinks irritates the fuck out of me. He needs a good slap.

What troubles you is that he is a much better man than you or I Gunga Din.

1. Truth ringing true
2. Can say in one word what might otherwise take a paragraph.
3. Was in part aimed at you PB, so nice catch. Did you notice your #1 Boy, PENCE, shows up on page-one of any such search?
4. It helps _me_ to finally be able to put a name to (for example) the alt-christian stuff I'd been hearing on contemporary American Catholic radio over the past few years. There is/has-been a united-front, a christian-right front,  (more dangerous than Islam we know now) of efforts and contributors for decades in the US, all of it leading to the recent (sick) victory of same.

You are a nut.  I'll bet you change your tune quick should ISIS comes knocking at your door.

He views women as not being capable of deciding their own reproduction or not. Its telling that pretty much all the decisions in the current WH are made by men. I'm not surprised of course, its just an observation.

That will explain why both Rep majority houses aren't looking into Clinton then. And why the FBI and CIA haven't publically said they're lookng into Clinton or Podesta. Lol... But don't stop believing.

The Establishment Rinos hold the vast majority of Republican seats in the House and Senate, run the committees, and don't like Trump any more than the Democrats do  (isn't that clear to you yet?).  They do not want him to succeed in implementing the policies he ran on.   He's not one of them.  If he were one of them, they'd be protecting him, duh.

He's not a Tea Party Conservative either, so there's no loyalty there either, other than where they have shared interests.  As we saw when they tanked the RinoCare bill last week.

Trump is as close as we've ever had to an Independent winning the presidency, and has no base of support in Washington DC.  For that reason alone he should be supported against both self-serving parties and the Media they've allied with to discredit him and block him from fulfilling his campaign promises.

Supporting him "against" both parties won't do any good. Trump's not a natural leader, he's a narcissist whose incompetence and inability to work with any group has resulted in chaos and discord. Not only are the Rs and Ds not working together, but Trump's volatility has created animosity among members of his own party. I'm not hopeful they'll accomplish anything under these circumstances.

The people of this country still want the southern border controlled, foreign criminals deported, Moslem immigration halted, ObamaCare repealed, unnecessary regulations set up to destroy businesses repealed, crony capitalism between Wall St and DC ended, the size of government reduced, the budget cut and balanced, and for our government to put America and American jobs first when it comes to trade.

I'll take Christofasciophobia for the win please! -- but here meaning "well-founded/rational fear" of.

The DC Establishment Republicans have shown their hand.  They were given the House in 2012, with explicit orders to repeal ObamaCare - which is what they campaigned on.  They could have done this by refusing to pass a budget that did not include that.  They didn't - they said as being only half of the Congress, they needed the Senate too.  They were given the Senate in 2014 - they said they needed the presidency.

And all along they passed repeal legislation, knowing it was going to be vetoed.  Now that they have all the power, they created a phony bill they knew wouldn't be passed so they could each tell the people in their districts they tried.

The fact is, big business wants a government run healthcare system so they no would no longer be expected to furnish healthcare insurance for their employees - and that's who Ryan and the Rinos are catering to, instead of the American people.  Trump is too stupid or uniformed to understand this, and trusted Ryan.

Trade rules benefitting America will benefit those who own business - whether they are small businesses or people who own stock in larger businesses, those who are employed by business, and the communities those jobs are located in;  tax cuts benefit those who pay the taxes.

You really didn't know any of this?

When jobs leave, people here lose them.  The job they lost was generally their best option, so they then have to go to their next best option - hopefully a job as good or almost as good.  Because if not, they can't sent their kids to college, save for retirement, keep their home, etc.  Other businesses in those communities lose revenue because their customers have less to spend.  The local government loses tax revenue.

China, and to a lesser extent others, have unfairly targeted our jobs and industries, unfairly manipulated their currency so they can sell for less, etc.  Perhaps you can tell us what is wrong with pushing back.

I think those jobs are probably gone for good.  But we can tax the goods made from stolen industries coming in.  And ensure we create the proper environment so new jobs created here will stay.

That's your wish list, there is no evidence "the people of this country" want all of the above. Trump was elected by a minority of Americans. Besides, the dysfunction clearly evident in his administration is not likely to accomplish the results you're expecting.

ICYMI (and NOT an April fool's joke!)
"Iowa politician (Rep) says even Dead Fetuses should be carried to Term!"

On Thursday, Lundgren caused a furor online after asserting that women who miscarry after 20 weeks of pregnancy should have to carry their fetuses to term. Shannon Lundgren’s comments came during a hearing this week on Senate File 471, which would pave the way for a state ban on abortions after the 20-week mark. The Iowa House of Representatives’ Human Resources Committee approved the legislation after a “fetal heartbeat bill” that would have banned abortion any time after a heartbeat is detectedâ€"as early as six weeks of pregnancyâ€"was scrapped. The legislation is now under consideration by the Iowa House, and if it becomes law, Iowa would be the 18th state to ban abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy.

Lundgren, the manager of Senate File 471, represents rural Dubuque and ran for office on an anti-abortion platform. She was asked by state Representative John Forbes if, under the proposal, his daughter, who is 20 weeks pregnant, would have to carry her child to term even if a doctor told her there was no longer a heartbeat. “Is that good medicine?” asked Forbes.

“This bill wasn’t written for the intent to protect or govern on the side of the woman. It was written to save babies’ lives, giving the choice and being the voice of those babies...that don’t have one,” replied Lundgren. “I understand what you’re sayingâ€"this fetus, this baby, is not alive. I would concur that in that instance, if your daughter’s life is not in danger, that yes, she would have to carry that baby.” A full exchange between Lundgren and Forbes can be viewed here.

No other legislators appeared to take issue with or attempt to correct Lundgren’s comments during the debate.

Lt.Uhura

An intelligent leader with a vision for the future would not make empty promises like Trump did to the coal miners. Everyone paying attention can see the coal industry is dying, especially the workers themselves. Why not foster and support clean energy solutions. Solar panels on every new construction...Develop electric, hydrogen vehicles that are not cost prohibitive for a working-class budget. An administration who supports a sustainable economy and environment would find support and enthusiasm among their constituents.

And taxing those goods from China will hurt those buying them, not the Chinese. But if they stop buying Chinese stuff, what makes you think they'll have an affordable American alternative? The same day. How long do you think Apple for instance will continue having their phones and other shit made in Asia before taking it to the USA? I'll go for them never having their shit made in the US.

Its more than the election of Trump.  In the past eight years, the Rs picked up a net of 69 House seats, 13 Senate seats, 12 governorships, and over 900 state legislative seats.  Campaigning on these issues.

Given that the Republican Party leadership pretty much sucks at the national level, and the Fake News Media routinely trashes them - while shilling for the Ds - isn't that a little hard to ignore?

She should get pregnant and if in the event she miscarries, carry the foetus to term. Served with a dressing of pathos and cruelty.
