You will ask for my permission next time you presume to speak for me or my voting interests.

Sound good, cunt?

Yeah, get it right, fuckface! He's a Hillary supporter who didn't vote for her. Is that so hard to understand?! Jeesh!  ::)

How many times do I have to tell you retards? I loathe Mrs. Clinton. I am a small-L libertarian, as God intended us all to be.

They won't ditch identity politics.  That is their stock and trade.

Exactly! Look at their reaction post-election. All they've been doing is doubling down and digging their hole deeper, like gambling addicts who just can't help themselves.  ::)

I think the cultural left will get further adrift, it being populated by the most narcissistic, self-serving, navel-gazing generation of our time.

So the party is all but dead. Yay?

Stop being so cynical.  I posted months back that any billionaire will be a "friend to the common man."  This just solidify my belief.  They will have the best interest of "joe six pack" at heart in all of their decisions (and how best to transfer a few more dollars out of his pocket into theirs.)

I foresee four years of disillusionment and disappointment for the conservative voters.  It will go well with the last eight that the liberals suffered.

But the NEXT when I am president. He I will combine hope and change to make America great.  HeI will be the one who really shakes things up and helps the average voter.  8)  No shit.  Really.

Apparently Mooch Obama taped an Orca Winfrey episode to be shown this week where she talks about Trump and says something the effect that ''this is what no hope looks like''.  I very much doubt Orca replied that Barry Obama has personally set race relations - and thus black opportunity and 'hope' - back decades.

Does anyone remember a First Lady - let alone an outgoing president - EVER dissing the incoming one?  Of course not.  Will Big Media criticize her for it?  Again, no.

This is what we mean when we say for the Libs/Dems/''Progressives''/Left in general, and certainly including the Obama's, it's Party first - always - that nothing is too low, no tactic or comment too disgusting, and that they have no dignity or class whatsoever.  Imagine Big Media's reaction had W or Laura Bush said something along those lines about the incoming Obamas.  Other presidents - even the Clintons - leave DC in order to give the incoming president their space.  Not Barry and Mooch.

These people can't leave and be marginalized fast enough.

The Clintons stole all the Ws off the keyboards before they left the white house...and some of the china...some of the silverware...etc.  ;)

Besides just being rude and in poor taste is shows how selfish these people are. They take one more lavish, tax-payer funded vacation to Hawaii meaning that many staffers, SS officers, etc won't be able to spend time with their families over Christmas because they must now travel to watch the Obama's party in Hawaii. And then to go on national tv talking about "there is no hope" (at Christmas time also) and criticizing the incoming administration? I'm not surprised, it was clear how much animosity Michelle held to this country way back during Obama's initial run but still a bit that years of tax-payer funded parties, shindigs, foreign travel, elaborate dinners, Hawaiian vacations, in house concerts, etc would've made her, at least a bit, more friendly, dare I say appreciative even, toward the country.

Were I  staffer, I'd just quit or take vacation time, the Administration will be over in a month anyway.  Which makes me wonder why they need a vacation now, with just a month remaining anyway.  Congress should have defunded this, or at least passed a bill and made him veto it.

Now that Trump has potentially appointed the wealthiest cabinet ever (swamp draining) in Presidential history, including the very people he not only forcefully berated, but his supporters blame for the mess they find themselves in; When will it become apparent to those supporters that he's sold them a bum steer, and he's not so much a President of the USA, but simply using the position to extend Trump inc and make his personal wealth more than it is?

He's appointed an ex exec of Exxon who is a personal friend of Putin, and has been awarded a medal from him! And little from his supporters to think that strange. All his cabinet are billionaires or multi millionaires, and no 'normal' people...

Would you mind pointing out the 'normal' people in past Cabinets?

Good point, I'll bet a lot of staffer and political job people have enough accured vacation time. I think Congress should defund vacations in general for the White House. Use Camp David or National Parks or DOD golf-courses (there are many.) Otherwise self-fund your vacations and golf games.

I have friends and family on the left coast in Hollywood and who are a part of the DC machine. One who has a political job, not civil service, so that will be over with the administration. You cannot imagine how depressed, angry, and in meltdown mode some still are, especially younger or those who haven't been through administration changes and so have only really known Obama in office. I seriously think leftist/DNC politics has replaced religion in many people. Some of them cry, yell, and were just shattered by the election. I'm still getting emails, calls, and desparate texts. Claims of PTSD. NAZIs taking over. I fear for my children. etc. It is a bit funny but also disturbing that people can invest so much psychologically in a candidate or party. Cult-like but more like fundamental religious core. Everything is viewed through the leftist/DC prism. Every aspect of life is politics. It is amazing.

I'll appeal to authority and quote Trump, who said the past way of doing things would end; that from henceforth, the swamp would be drained (see: various references to bankers, establishment, corporate figures, etc).

So what has he done? Its okay, I'll tell you. He's played a blinder. He's installing his close family, installing business leaders who know jack about government; is unlikely to give up his business interests, and therefore capitalise (punn intended) on his position as POTUS, to increase his business empire. Look out for Trump developments in countries that want to deal more with the USA, but so far have a very small hand in doing so (Trump size hands).

I have to hand (man sized) it to him; he's played it like a Stradivarius, and he hasn't finished yet! Oh boy, will those chickens be clucking in their roost.

Added of course to the bipartisan enquiry into hacks; not helped by his oft mentioned desire on the hustings for Russia to hack e mails. The poor child just doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut. He's a petulant, unthinking, hard of thinking reactionary child in the body of an old man.

Enjoy! ;D

But you accept Trump is more of the same, plus some more?  You must do, because you're very quiet about his cabinet proposals.  ;D

Hey, don't feel bad, as Trump said:

Busy day on the 20th, because he's deporting 2 million illegal immigrant criminals in his first hour. Busy busy...

I'm aware of your hysteria.  You've chosen the Trump is a greedy capitalist intent on enriching himself line of attack, rather than the Trump is Hitler line of attack, Trump is Stalin line of attack, Trump is incompetent line of attack, Trump hates women and minorities line of attack, Trump colluded with Putin to steal the election line of attack, Trump is illegitimate because the Electoral College is undemocratic line of attack, or any of the other lines of attack, so you get points for selecting one of the least offensive.

But the question was about your comment regarding no 'normal people' in his cabinet, and asking you to point out the 'normal people' in other cabinets.

Just trying to follow the logic - I don't think anyone thought he was going to get someone from a family farm down from a tractor to be Ag Secretary, a taxi driver to be Transportation Secretary, pull a teacher out of a classroom to be Education Secretary, find a dog walker to be Interior Secretary, etc.

Speaking of winning with the poorly educated vote, the Ds would be over as a party without the poorly educated black inner city vote, not to mention the illegal alien non-English speaking vote.

And the Hollywood actor set who are very good, like a monkey, at mimicry- after many takes, CGI, coaching, makeup, and film editting- but get them off-script or talking about politics or most subjects? Then are often unintelligible and incoherent, though this could be because they are so often drug-addled or drunk.

That's an assumption before he's even taken office. Don't do that, you're out on a limb. Let's face it, he's the wealthiest president the US has ever seen, even surpassing the ridiculously rich George Washington. Wait until we see some action from the man as president.

Quote

Don't fall for the new red scare. It's stupid and fake.

Quote
And little from his supporters to think that strange. All his cabinet are billionaires or multi millionaires, and no 'normal' people. His philosophy being to run the USA like an extension of a corporation. Someone should let him know you can't run a country like a business, because a business has one purpose, a country has thousands.

Still; give him a chance eh?

Yes, absolutely. We'd be stupid not giving him a chance.
