To be clear (I hope you can clear this up Norland, ta) is this the same FBI that a thread on this forum alleged was being threatened (because they were scared?) by an un-named 'chief' from the NYPD, into revealing e mails about Clinton? And if they didn't, this 'chief' would? 

Can we assume the entire staff of the FBI has subsequently gone from being in the pay of the Clintons (suppressing info the NYPD held too); to a staff that will dismiss the findings of the CIA in order to inadvertently support Trump?
