I just wanted to share a new (for me) product.  You can find research about it online.  It's Livionex toothpaste.  It costs a lot but you just use a little.  It does not contain the 'normal' ingredients of most toothpastes, abrasives, detergents, anti-bacterials - rather, it has an ingredient that breaks down the bio-film that allows tartar to stick to teeth and is a festering ground for bacteria. 

I've only used it for a few days but see/feel the difference already.  It also does not have that sickly artificial sweet taste of most pastes/gels that I have never found to be pleasant. 

If you have a plaque problem, I'd really like you to try it.  If your gums are sore, it can also help.

It seems to be more liquid than most gels and you use very little.  I read the reviews on Amazon and just put a pin hole in the seal.  I store it with the cap up, not wanting it to leak out into the cap while not in use.
