Love how he answered a question with a solid colored pie chart for "NO".

I made a spotify playlist of Art Bell bumper music.  I'll post it when it's finished.

Chevron Gives Residents Near Fracking Explosion Free Pizza

After a Chevron hydraulic fracturing well exploded in rural Dunkard Township, Pennsylvania, last Tuesday, and burned for four days straight, the energy company knew just the way to soothe nearby residents: free pizza.

If you like traditional folk music (All genres/ countries) you might enjoy this. It was broadcast last night, and has only 6 days left to listen to.

I dunno, it sounds quite wonderful, but it's going to have to beat Bob Fleming's Folkin' Country Classics

Frankly, I thought it was cute it could be a pink boy or girl for the ultrasound uneducated. I wonder if ultrasound causes bigger ears to develop before birthday. If women think hard enough, maybe they may be able to give birth to a baby properly fitted in a 3 piece suit including underwear and shoes.

Islamic clerics issue fatwa against living on Mars
didn't somebody post a link about that somewhere else on bg recently?  It's against muslim belief to live on another planet? wasn't that the big deal for them?

Depeche Mode's Personal Jesus is stuck in my head like an earworm, maybe because I played it four times in a row. But still....

Birdie

After seeing this photo, I think I need a baby wombat. This guy, and the baby kangaroo, were rescued from a bush fire and became inseparable at the rescue facility. How freaking adorable.

The back end of a wombat is mostly cartilage, allowing them to heal damage incurred when escaping predators. They dive into burrows. Then, if the wombat allows the predator to get it's head above their back end, the wombat will buck and crush the predator's skull against the ceiling of the burrow. That is pretty bad ass.

I would want it to stay looking like a little old, chubby, laughing monk perpetually, though.

I could listen to his version forever. Cash's version was playing on the radio, which brought Depeche Mode to mind. Johnny Cash does a fantastic cover
