I find both basketball and baseball incredibly boring,  but I find the sport of curling fascinating.

I secretly enjoy curling too. IDK why I find it so entertaining, but I do. :)
I'm convinced it is one of the signs that I'm turing into an old boring fart.
The metamorphosis will be complete when I start watching reruns of HeeHaw and/or Lawrence Welk on PBS. :o

Jehovah fecking Witnesses are at my door on a Saturday morning at 9:30, ringing the bell twice. I want to tell them to put their Watchtower where the monkey put the peanut and feck off. Should I? Too late, they're gone.

If my dog would just learn to bark at people instead of raccoons, this wouldn't be a problem.

7-Year-Old Sophie Lester Asks Australian Science Agency For Pet Dragon.. And They Deliver

Someone spotted Walter and Jesse.

I haven't toked since Feb 2012. I found this today in a vacation apartment shared by my mom and her two sisters and their families.

Do I dare? Think of how high I'd get after nearly 2 years of abstinence?

Have I been doing it wrong all this time? Shit. No wonder I wasn't getting high. So that's what smoking a cock means. Silly me.

Inch-Long Cockroach Pulled from Man's Ear

A man in Australia endured a painful hospital visit after a large cockroach burrowed into his ear and his efforts to suck it out with a vacuum cleaner failed.

Darwin-based Hendrik Helmer's ordeal began in the early hours of Wednesday morning when he was woken by a sharp pain in his right ear, the Australian Broadcasting Corporation said.

"I was hoping it was not a poisonous spider... I was hoping it didn't bite me," he said, adding that as the pain got worse he tried to suck the insect out with a vacuum cleaner before squirting water in his ear.

Etc.

Sleeping with earplugs in for the rest of my life.

The powder kind, yes.
Producing  "tar" heroin is an entirely different process.

Jeebus! I'm about to go to bed, too. I guess I'll be wearing a hat with earflaps from here on in.

Oh, and where does this happen? Australia. Not saying a word, nope, not me.

He tried to use a vacuum cleaner to suck it out. That's almost a Darwin Award nomination right there. Oh wait he's from Darwin which is in the far north of Australia. You guys have your Deep South and we have our Far North. That should explain things. Apologies to those in the Deep South and Far North that can read and are reading this.

Oh. My. God!
I didn't need to know this! :o
I am never visiting Australia.

You know, it changes. Sometimes it's informative, a waste of time, a comedy buffet, a piss off, or a playground bully match. Sometimes it's a reminder of former posters whose absence casts bittersweet shadows on those remaining.

But in general, this forum is pretty freekin' awesome. And mostly fun.

Can I have my EC back now?

It would be epic, if EC called the gabcast during your segment ab.
602.399.7131 this Monday at 8pm est.

jazmunda

Just out of interest has anybody had any contact with EC outside of Bellgab? Is he still alive? I hope so. I was under the impression that he may have had a terminal illness. I miss his postings too.
