I'm a gammy!    My daughter had her baby at about 4:55 p.m. today, weighing in at 7 pounds, one ounce, and 20 inches.  Her first baby, Olivia Marie.  It was a long day, but I love that Halloween will always be her birthday.

Thanks, and I will post a pic.  I just uploaded all my pics from today, and maybe I was exhausted or something -- we left the house at 3 a.m. -- but every photo is very blurry.     I don't know what happened.  I'll get more pics tomorrow and post one then.

I know!  I sure hope she doesn't lose it.  My daughter was born with hair similar to hers, just not as much, but she lost it all, and it came back super curly and reddish.  I think it's the Irish in us.  Olivia is half Puerto Rican, so I'm not sure how the hair is going to turn out.

Wow... I hope not.  I watched the TCM interview of her after they telecast "Vertigo," not too long ago.  She sounded pretty good but, very sadly, she hasn't aged well due to some unfortunate plastic surgery.  Her interview was quite interesting.  It's too bad she pretty much hung it up as a major screen actress at a fairly early age.   Both her and Grace Kelly, very classy ladies on the screen.
