How many GD movie references can GN cram into a single show?

He's always done this but it's got even worse lately. He can't go 5 fucking minutes without mentioning some TV show or movie.

Guest: "blah blah and theory X giants bigfoot UFO karma mothman ..."
GN: Hey, do you remember that Twilight Zone episode when [non-sequiter] ...
Guest: I sure do. As I was saying ... blah blah blah
GN: Interesting. Well that sure reminds me of the scene in Star Trek II where ...
Guest: I guess it's kind of like that. So anyway -
GN: Hey remember the Golden Girls? I wonder what those crazy ladies are up to now?! HA! You know, guest, Betty White is going to appear on our 2012 show on December 21, 2012. Would you like to be on it too?
Guest: okay
GN: We're sure gonna have a lot of fun! And, well, if the world does come to an end, Richard C. and I are hosting a good, old-fashioned, all-night make-out party at the Residence Inn I stay at when I'm in LA. [chuckles] Reminds me of Fast Times at Ridg- oh wait - Tommy just told me the make-out party is actually after tonight's show. Hey friends, have you secured your families future by investing in gold? Now's the time ...

 Amen to that!

This would qualify as an excellent C2C drinking game, even if you just picked ONE of the references Noory always makes.
The Twilight Zone episode reference about the little girl who got lost in a parallel dimension would definitely get you buzzed any night of the week,... and falling down drunk during Friday open lines.

It's a shame that he has to mention that one in particular. I like the old Twilight Zone shows and I do remember seeing that one and liking it... but hearing Noory go on and on about it just fucking ruins it.
Actually, Noory just ruins the whole topic of Physics and the Parallel Dimension theory period  with his endless inane comments and references to movies and tv.

Then again, where would he be without these constant inane references? He'd have to ACTUALLY make some RELEVANT contribution to the topics at hand by adding intelligent comments to the discussion and asking RELEVANT (non-repeating) questions.

How many Twilight Zone episodes were there?

Marc.Knight

And this was his favorite Twilight Zone episode.  It gave him the inspiration "to serve Man".

There where 156 original episodes over 5 seasons. I have them all in digitally remastered form - downloaded all off the 'net. I have them categoirzed by season>episode#>name.

Most are < 200MB so are easy to up/download, but a number of them in season 4 I noticed were twice as large, implying they were 1-hour episodes.

I copied them all to my Dad's HD, so he can make DVD's out of them - I think he can fit 6-7 shows per DVD. I got them hooked now, so they watch 2-3 episodes per night.

They are currently in avi format, so are easily watched and enjoyed on your computer. I take requests.

V has pointed out that there are 156 episodes... However, Noory only seems to remember 2 of them which doesn't by any means (as evidenced by even a sporadic listener) stop him from mentioning them ad infinitum... lol

He does only remember two of them.  The only title that he remembers is "To Serve Man."  We all know he gets in trouble with too many words at a time.
